Frustrating experience trying to leave a return for FedEx pickup. Ling line, one clerk. They can only take a limited number of packages (measured on shelves high) per day. Seems ridiculous. Couldn’t take ours. Had no idea if a closer store could take it. Clerk was nice enough, not her fault.

This is the absolute worst Dollar General I have ever visited. The employees are rude, non helpful and unconcerned. They stand and take smoke breaks in front of the building and overall just act as though you are inconveniencing them. I never do reviews, but this place is a mess. Also, they keep the phone off of the hook constantly so you can’t call with any questions! The pits

Racks and large carts of boxes of product that had not been unpacked made it impossible to get to the items I went there to purchase. Left empty handed.

How in the world does a store not have a working restroom? Is that even legal? Asked to use the restroom was told they were down.

It is very disappointing that the store that I have come to trust has finally let me down. This one particular store refuses to reload cards, mind you they sell these cards. I would understand if technology is the problem, but it's not. The cashiers blatantly refuse to refill cards, per managers' orders. I'm an hour away from home working. This is not the Dollar General I know.

Let me just say this DG is one of the most organized stores. The manager Danielle and assistant manager Heather are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure customers find what they need. I will definitely be back to shop here!

Store is badly understaffed which results in numerous problems. Pricing is not updated . Store is very low and/or out of a great amount of merchandise. Employees are working very hard to compensate the shortage but they can only do so much.

The parking lot and the store is always nasty and disgusting. You gotta wait at the register for ever, before someone finally comes up to help. And that's only when they feel like coming up from the stock room. Totally rude and unprofessional employees.

Store manager was nasty and using bad words at me. This store needs to be looked at. She followed me out the store talking bad stuff to people. I will never go back to this store. It looks like trash and the store manager just standing there not helping customer's. Why yelling at the employees
