We rented a unit during Covid, fell behind, paid her $600 for late fees and to catch up. I told the lady I was moving to a new home, if I'm late, I promise I will pay you whatever you ask. Please don't ever get rid of my things. I'm getting settled, single parent, but I can't replace what's in that storage. My Mama had recently passed and left me things I can never replace. So many important things, all my daughters infant dresses, etc. And numerous new things I had bought for my new home. She gave me her word. If I pay you $600 ma'am today, I hope you realize I'm coming back. Covid was not over. She sold my things a week before I called and I have yet to speak to her. It's aLways a young employee. Yes I was late but she knew I was coming to get my stuff. She didn't seem worried at all. I am so hurt and angry. I can't replace what she stole from me and yes we had an oral contract. I didn't think you could sell people's things in storage during Covid. You can't trust anyone to keep their word. This lady seemed so nice. I trusted her. She really hurt me.

We used this storage for 2 1/2 years. They were easy to deal with. Never hassled about anything. When issues arose they went above and beyond to correct them. Only downside is that they don't save your card so you have to call in and go through that process every month. The units are easily accessible and clean but not climate-controlled. Overall, a good experience.

It's a storage. Logistical nightmare. Numbers on the units are all over the place. No order whatsoever. Took me twenty minutes to find the unit I was looking for.
