My wife took her vehicle in due to check engine light on in her car. The code reader said it was faulty air hose. He charged her $200 and said he fixed it. Next day same lights appeared & code appeared same problem. He kept her car 3 days and said nothing was wrong with it charged $100 for all the diagnostic testing. Light reappears and we start investigating on our own and low and behold a huge hole in one of the air hoses. Call Juan and says he has to order part & he'll get back to us. No call. Call him all week and go to voicemail and no return. Finally take it to get fixed somewhere else in one hour. And this was after she had tipped him $100 on a tune-up that I now have a sneaking suspicion he didn't even perform. I'm sure he's done some good jobs for some ppl but I wouldn't take my chances. And she was never bothersome to him and never even complained.....she was even going to pay him to fix it the second time. Purely unethical shop.

I’m sure they’re competent mechanics, and if you have an issue which can be resolved within one day then they may deserve your business, however, I would highly recommend seeking help elsewhere for issues requiring further assistance. Zero communication skills, charging more than the original quote (twice), and receiving a product of lesser quality than promised is the reason for this review. I hate leaving negative reviews, and despise doing so for smaller and potentially family owned businesses, however, nothing about my experience was on par.

I highly recommend Juan. I was staying on 30A and my alternator went out. Juan immediately repaired my minivan and had me back on the road it in a couple of hours.

Great experience with Juan's Auto Repair in Freeport, FL. I took my Jeep Wrangler in for a new radiator, hoses, and an oil change. I thought it would be a week or at least a few days before I heard something. Not so! Juan texted me with the quote the next morning and had it ready that afternoon - completed in one day! I highly recommend Juan.

I’m new to the area, and was so happy to find this shop. After the dealership had my Kia for almost 2 weeks I drove it home and my check engine light came back on. Great little shop. My truck broke down nearby so I limped into their yard not knowing anything about them. They fixed my FJ Cruiser in a day and had me back good as new at a reasonable rate.

Truck broke down had it towed to Juan's closest shop to me at time, ended up being bad starter. Said part had warranty and they guarantee work. Went ahead and had them fix. He said it would be done in a couple of hours and would call when ready, did not hear from him. Contacted him at 440 he said it was ready but I could not be there till 6, said he would take payment over phone and leave keys in truck would call me back to get info did not here from him. Asked if morning was better he said it was good he was busy. Picked truck up. Started fine. Got home, which was 40 minutes from them truck wouldn't start called him and told him. He said it was cause it was missing a bolt, I said you should've told me he said I thought you knew. Got another bolt tried to fix found out bolt was broken off other bolt was loose so I tightened it down. Starter began making horrible noise. Called him back he said have it towed back told him insurance wasn't going to pay. Asked for partial refund said I'd take elsewhere or fix myself he laughed Got rude kept saying tow back again 40 minutes away. Kept saying truck started when you left. Will fix myself. Do not recommend. Should've done it myself. Saved myself $360.Service: Engine repair

Broke down on side of the highway on way to vacation had tow truck drop us at shop. They made us top priority by dropping everything they were doing so we could get back on the road and back enjoying our vacation. Three plus hour job done in less than 1.5hrs Definitely the shop that I would recommend.Service: Engine repair
