Came in to look for some hydraulic fittings whoever the small young guy and the big older guy are were absolutely unhelpful and kept telling me “NO” to having product before I even go done speaking what I was saying. Extremely unhelpful unlike there defuniak location who I took the same problem to and was helped without and grief at all for the same problem!

Went to this store today to get a ' Check Engine' light checked and was handed the code reader and was told to do it myself. According to them, they're not supposed to diagnose any check engine lights, the customer has to do it. Clearly, in my opinion, they were just too damn lazy to do their job. I called corporate and asked if it was standard procedure for a customer to do this themselves and of course they said NO!! The assistant manager just sat there and went along with this lie! Out of frustration, I left and went to the parts store across the street where I got excellent customer service and they checked my engine light with no problem and purchased what I needed to fix my car.
Hopefully the store manager and district manager can get this handled for future customers shopping there. As for me, I will be shopping elsewhere!

I’m going to say this. I honestly don’t like living a negative review. This location initially earned my business. I just moved out here and purchased a house boat I’ve been fixing up and living on for the last few months my 12 volt system that operates all my pumps for me to shower wash dishes and use the bathroom operating on a battery I have ordered a solar system along with having a 100 watt panel existing on the house. I’ve been having issues with that system. And honestly trying to keep everything maintained while upgrading my system. I’m by no means an entitled person. I don’t believe anyone owes me anything. I started out by purchasing used batteries for this location. I went in last night to purchase another battery that manager popped off with an attitude as I was explaining the situation. I’ll never step foot back in that store ever again.

My cars battery unexpectedly died today. From the time my husband jumped my vehicle to leaving Oreillys parking lot was less than 45 min. Thank you to the Asst. Manager, David, for his excellent assistance!

I went into the Freeport, Fl location today 6-9-23 to buy bulbs for brake lights on my 2012 Honda Accord. I am 61 yr old single lady, I asked if there was Internet because I needed to transfer money from one account to another to pay for my purchase, and I was told no. There were three or four grown men in the store. There were absolutely no customers, and after I had asked that question and they had tell me there was not any Internet one of those one man started running his mouth about this is why we can’t get Internet because people just come in here and use it up, then I asked about how to put the bulbs in to my car for the bright lights and I was just looked at like I was a dummy so needless to say I didn’t get any help with that and I thought it was very rude and unnecessary. if he even had remarks about the Internet, could he not have waited till I left the store it was very rude I will never go back to an O’Reillys anywhere advance will certainly get my business, and it might not be much, but it’s business.
