I was having great difficulty with the gate code reader at my storage center (the one closest to Freeport). Three times i was told my code would work and it DIDN'T!
Finally Stephanie made a special trip from her facility to come to my rescue.
She got me into the gate and while i worked in my storage, Stephanie double checked my account and reprogrammed the gate reader.
She didnt leave until i tried and verified my gate code was working.
Stephanie's sincere apology and efforts to make sure the problem was, indeed and truly fixed was a game-changer. She is an all-star in my book!
