I had a very unpleasant experience with Kim at the pharmacy. After waiting over 30 minutes in line, she was extremely rude to me. She seemed unable to comprehend my request, raised her voice at me, and even slammed the drawer. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer service role where patience and respect should be a priority.

I've never had a bad experience at this Pharmacy even with all my mess-ups and issues! I don't know why the rating isn't higher on here. They are great we're very supportive when I was going through a major health issue.

Find another place to fill your prescription medication. To busy, chaotic, 3 days to fill a standard prescription is to long. Trying to recommend flu, tetanus shots when you just filled a prescription for antibiotics and steroids, knowing the person is already sick.

I had recently moved to Freeport and tend to use the pick up grocery option because I am have seizures. It is such a stress relief for my family and we couldn’t be more appreciative of this Publix Team. I am always met with a cheerful and helpful person. Great job to all employees and I hope Publix knows how hard you work.

DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! I called for 3 prescriptions yesterday said they would be ready today. Called this morning said they were working on them, this was 9:30AM. I drive over 3:00 today and was told one would be ready in an hour and the other two would be in tomorrow......I'm sure they don't get deliveries on Saturdays. Another time I was told my asthma medication would be in, and belive it or not it took 5 DAYS to come in. Aftet I pick up my current medications I will be going elsewhere. They lie about working on the prescription and six hours later get the same story they're working on one and would be ready in an hour when they told me in the morning they were already working on THEM. I think the entire staff is incompetent and liars.

I’ve lived here a long time and probably had 100+ prescriptions filled, they will not tell you when something is out of stock, they just leave you with the expectation that it will be ready soon, as it only shows “processing”. I have gotten incorrect quantities, they instructed to use a one time use item more than once and given me half the prescribed amount, without telling me mind you so after discarding the one time use bottle of medication and noticing I’m short, calling and then finding out their intention, which was still not what the manufacturer’s box says, I’ve had them miscalculate days/doses, but today I am finally reviewing because I’ve called multiple times saying I need my medication filled this morning because I’m going out of town, I don’t know why I expected them to do as I requested over and over but now I’m delayed on everything waiting for them. Also, how does a system drop insurance?? And then my god, being refunded for money they shouldn’t have charged is an absolute nightmare. This Publix Pharmacy used to be good but something changed around 2020-ish… If you can, use a different pharmacy. Especially for immunizations, they paralyzed my left arm just temporarily for a few days thank god, my doctor told me it was injected way too high. This place is an example of Newton’s Law…

Store seems fine like any other Publix. I waited at the deli for a sub for 10 minutes while the guy in front of me was ordering his sandwiches. I was the only other person in line. The 2 sandwich makers switched sides and the other person started chatting with other associates behind him. Then another customer walks up and orders a sandwich when I was waiting the whole time. I suppose being polite and waiting patiently doesn't get you anywhere here.The associates were just standing in the back talking and doing nothing. They don't care, but I won't be back. I wasted 10 minutes and still had to go elsewhere for food.

My home is in Alabama but we have vacation home on the Bay. I shops at Freeport store and it’s the best. The associates are so very friendly and helpful.The always have everything I need.Thumbs up for the entire store!

This place is so bad it honestly shouldn’t considered a Publix. By far the WORST Publix deli in the nation. Between constantly getting online orders wrong and the nasty poor excuse for a sub counter it’s ridiculous. Management doesn’t seem to care about either when it’s been brought to their attention.

The store is great, the pharmacy absolutely is the worst! I dropped off a prescription that was for a 90 day refill, they told me it was ready, I drove there with gas at almost $5 a gallon only to find out that in fact it was not ready! They've handed it out piecemeal never filling the 90 day prescription. When I called to ask about it the technician hung up on me, then they wouldn't answer my phone, then I called from another number and miraculously they answered. They proceed to tell me that they don't feel 90 day prescriptions but they didn't tell me that when I dropped it off or when I picked up my partial order. Extremely poor customer service!!!!!
