This morning me and my husband walked into the bank and was never greeted. There were two tellers, both big, one with short red hair and one with blonde hair in a ponytail. We waited almost 5 minutes before the blonde hair lady “called us”over. She was blunt and acted annoyed with our question. This was our first time going inside the branch and our last. Horrible experience!

At best, they are a check cashing bank. They suck at business such as loans.Hardly any employee is empowered to do anything.

ATM doesn't work efficiently, the branch knows this and have no sense of urgency to help their clients. Your atm and branch managers are a joke, Carla Hulion (branch manager) you strongly lack customer service and have zero sense of professionalism when your handling issues your clients have to deal with your ran down location. The location resembles your poor attitude.

Im a small business owner and do all of my banking through the Freeport regions. Id say the ladies that work the drive through are awesome they know me by name and the name of my business every time i pull up without me saying. Until recently i had to make an inside visit to the branch due to my account being fraudulently hacked. Its been three weeks and i still didn’t have any changes to my account. When i call i get they same answer they have 21 days well 21 days is about up and still nothing. Ended up calling another regions branch in Santa Rosa Beach and they had more done in 15mins over the phone than has been done by missy at the Freeport branch in 3.5 weeks.

My visit was on 29 March 2018 at 1145 AM. The most horrible customer service experience ever. Waited in line for my entire lunch break. Teller needs to find some other line of work because she clearly does not enjoy (and is not fit for) this job. I live within 1 mile of this place but will drive 20 miles to another location just to avoid it. We've been Regions customers for over 10 years and have visited branches all over Florida - this is the worst so far.

I am not a fan of this particular branch. They are way too nosy yet, completely impersonal. I always feel like I'm being judged, or frowned upon, for spending my own money. And in supposedly a "Priority Customer!" I would have given an even worse review if it weren't for the one or two workers that are Genuinely nice.

The bank staff are so friendly and helpful, but in particular, the assistant manager of the bank, Andrea, is an absolute gem. Always understanding and will go out of her way to help. So glad I bank here.
