No one present during posted business hours. They were unapologetic, made excuses and blamed the uhaul website. They told me it shouldn’t have allowed me to book a trailer that morning around 9:00 am for pickup at my confirmed appointment time of 10:30 am even though their location’s closing time was noon. We had to go to another uhaul dealer in Panama City. This added 2+ hours to our long day of moving and put us loading the trailer in the heat of the day.

Terrible experience returning a truck rental. TWICE! I was overcharged for a “late drop off” when I dropped off both times way ahead of the time I was supposed to… this location is nearly in the woods so there was no signal (at least not with TMobile) so I didn’t have the option to process the drop off online. The owners of this shop weren’t very helpful in that they didn’t process the return correctly. They have weird hours. I’d rather drive elsewhere.

Waived the insurance fee and they immediately tried to stick us with the bill for fixing their poorly maintained truck. Disclaimer: we drove the truck 10 miles and had it just about 4 hours.. left it in pristine condition. Don’t use this location, they are just legalized scammers.

Terrible experience. No service or wifi at the location so the app is mostly unavailable. Staff works few hours so there is never anyone available to help. Would not recommend this location.

I rented a tow dolly. There was a nice manager and high-quality dolly that helped to bring my broken car to the service station. I will recommend this U-Haul station.

The people that operate this establishment are very rude. We went in there to drop off AU. Haul trailer one night and they told us we had too many vehicles on the property that the police were going to come horrible experience very bad.Look on uhall as a company

The advertised hours are never the case, the owners will change your pickup time without informing you to fit their needs and then call you wondering why you haven’t picked up at a time you didn’t choose. Then they inform that they close up 30 minutes early despite their posted hours. The lady almost always has an attitude but the guy is a bit better to deal with. Regardless, I’d rather inconvenience myself by going to another u-haul location than go to this one. I’ve rented here twice and will never do so again.

Nothing wrong with this location! The issue was trying to use the UHAUL app to rent the truck. It took almost two hours to complete the application and get approvals to rent the truck. The app is slow, cumbersome and keeps reverting to prior pages. It took the help of the wonderful online assistant Nancy to finally get the rental completed. Not sure it would have every happened with out her. Thanks Nancy!

This facility has an anti customer approach right off the bat with an attitude towards customer that we are intending to do wrong or demand service. Dictates when you should pick up vehicles or trailers and not open to discussion. They DO NOT try to accommodate. I was charged a so called cleaning fee because I didn't parked in an area that I couldn't back into. The risk of damaging the trailer was high so I parked into a convenient location not blocking many other like trailers. Could not reason with proprietor. Also charged two days because of their “we will work when we want to†schedule. Since check out was beyond 1100?! And return was next day. Terrible terrible business. Do not recommend
