I took my ‘23 Ford Bronco in because I was having a issue with the passenger door and Roy was very pleasant to talk to and he had no problem fixing my door (when another dealership body shop didn’t do their job). “I went to get a battery check and wound up having to replace my battery. Mikey was amazing and wouldn't give up even though the battery was giving him all sorts of trouble to get out. He was able to get it out and changed and did it all with a smile!!! What great customer service!!! I also have to mention the lady that was working with him. She was also very helpful and friendly but I didn't get her name.”
