My hubby and I went in looking for a sofa that I had seen at a different Badcock store. We found it, and the price was actually better than it was at the other location. As seniors we were concerned about getting rid of the heavy sleeper sofa we had in order to make room for the new one. The lady told us it was nothing to worry about,... She said the delivery fee encompassed having the sleeper sofa hauled off to be placed in the dumpster behind the store!! We were very happy with that!! I told her how close we live to the store and we were offered delivery first thing the next morning! Every single thing that we needed taken care of was done in a very pleasing manner. We very much recommend the Frostproof store. We will be coming back! Our experience there was terrific in every way! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
