Dr. Patel and his ENTIRE STAFF is AMAZING!! I don't know why people are bashing one of their employees, you have to remember that you can't please everyone! I have seen them and how they treat other customers while I've waited & I have NEVER seen any of them be anythi but kind and respectful! They're personable and remember the people that come here. I've personally seen people be rude, nasty & disgusting and they just tell them ok have a nice day and sorry we can't help you. Considering the things that they all have to deal with I think they've done a dam good job. I'm so thankful that I found them and won't go anywhere else! And I just want them to know how grateful and appreciative I am to them!

Love love love Stephanie and Johanna they are very knowledgable and very nice, they are the reason I keep coming back. Malayah on the other hand was very rude when I came in last week and as someone stated before she doesn’t have any customer service skills what so ever. So she must only be nice to her friends and family that come in there, cause was rude to us.

I just wanted to get on here and say how amazing malayah is, the girl at the front counter, She was so willing to help and had such a beautiful smile on her face. I wouldn’t take my medicine anywhere else! Great customer service. Great personality, great employee!

I love this pharmacy, but the young girl who works there is very rude and has no customer service skills. Usually have Stephanie or Johanna help me but not today. Give 4 stars to them ladies.

I had a fantastic experience at this pharmacy! Johanna, Stephanie, and Malayah were knowledgeable and helpful. They took their time to answer all my questions and concerns. The service was prompt, and Dr. Patel ensured I understood how to take my medications properly. The pharmacy was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of products. I highly recommend this pharmacy for their exceptional customer service and professionalism.

This pharmacy exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only is it always up to date with the latest medications and healthcare products, but Johanna, Stephanie, and Malayah are incredibly efficient in filling prescriptions. Dr. Patel is exceptionally helpful, providing me with valuable information and guidance. Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Watson’s Pharmacy has played an instrumental role in easing the amount of travel to pick up prescriptions and making sure they are in stock and ready when needed. The staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. They give each prescription refill a personal touch by calling and letting us know when it’s ready. The pharmacist—Patel really cares about the overall health of each customer. We can confidently refer others to this local pharmacy who genuinely care. Parking is on the street.
