“I was invited to my first Indian wedding and had not the slightest clue where to find a traditional Lehenga dress. As a procrastinator, I left the dress hunt until just a few weeks before the wedding. When I found Panthini's shop online I was so happy to find out that there was a store in Jacksonville and I didn't have to resort to an online rush order. Sanskriti boutique is located inside of her residence, which I was nervous about at first but upon arrival I was so happy that I decided to go!! They have SO many options and Panthini was a true pleasure! She was so accommodating in helping me find the perfect dress and outfit for me and my brother. She even helped accessorize! “I recently visited this little boutique while on vacation. My friend and I spent so much time here because there were so many cute items and the owner (?) was super friendly. It was really an enjoyable experience. And I got two new staple closet items which are new favorites and were really affordable. Definitely worth stopping in.
Second review - I got home from vacation and my cat ruined my new sweater. Couldn't find it online and remembered one being left in the store. I left some rambling message and she called me back very quickly, knew exactly what sweater I was talking about, text me a picture to confirm and mailed it that same day. She'd really amazing. “I have to say this is by FAR the best experience I’ve had. My sister and I recently came in here about a week ago, I’ve had some weight loss and was feeling pretty discouraged, I couldn’t find the shorts, or anything “younger styled” and a blonde women with blue eyes I think her name was Ravyne? I could be spelling it wrong… she turned my whole day around! I guess we looked lost and she had asked if they’re was anything she could do to help and I had explained to her what exactly I was looking for ( a New York trip outfits) and she literally went out of her way to help me find the perfect outfits!! She was very professional, and uplifting even helped me stopped crying from being so overwhelmed ( I couldn’t find anything at first) I WILL be going back to this location every time and I pray she’ll be there!”

“Jacob is an amazing manager. His customer service skills are unparallel. My brain was so rattled after a huge exam. He listens and assists customers by greeting everyone who enters and offers assistance on sizes ect. Been in about a dozen stores today and this was the only one where I felt welcome or seen. He even offered to set up a fitting room & had helped others with switching out sizes. I was a mess that day and he made a point to encourage me and recommend a coffee stall upstairs. Thank you. Will def be back. Jacob, I heard a little bit of your convo and it seemed that you had a little bit of a shake up. Not sure what happened but when I asked how you were doing, you said you were well. Your professionalism and attention to folk's needs are something they do not teach in school. I seek out folks like you for my business team. No matter what you do, you will be successful because when you get confronted by an obstacle, you rise above it quickly and continue on. It was well-noticed.”

“Girls days and boutique shopping had always been fun, but as a 6’1 woman it’s often difficult to find items that work for me. When I ran across the Hendricks location and started to scan the racks I thought I’d found myself in the same situation, until the extremely helpful staff asked how they could help. It was like my own personal fashion show where they offered all these different selections of clothing I’d never think to try and they worked! They looked good on me. I felt amazing and they are great products.With the amazing service at Hendricks I had to check out the Durbin location. This store offers everything Hendricks has. The resemblance is enough to know it’s the second location, but different enough to have its own personality!Both stores have options for anyone.Thank you Lilly Grace for your adorable selection.
