This is a cool store! The girls were warm, sweet and welcoming and letting me try sampling popcorn. The store has everything from candy to soda to popcorn, not to mention affordable for my budget. I will definitely stop here again the next day I pass by Jacksonville. Though I wish they would add jalapeno cheddar to their menu.

This popcorn store is a gem! They offer a wide variety of flavors, but my absolute favorite has to be *904*—it’s so delicious and unique. Beyond the amazing popcorn, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. I also love that they give back to the community through outreach efforts, which speaks volumes about their values. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat!

Stopped by today while waiting for a phone repair a few stores over. Excellent customer service the minute you walk in. Tons of varieties of popcorn, fudge, candies and vintage sodas. Very clean and organized. We even got to peek at the spot where the "elves" are hard at work making and packing the goodies. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free goodie after telling them my birthday month was December! Lots of free samples to try. The apple cider slushy was amazing. The peppermint fudge absolutely delicious. My son and I bought two bags of stuff. I'm excited to try the dill pickle popcorn. We will definitely be back to see the smiling faces. The employees are so gracious. Thank you for taking care of us today.

Poppin Box is such a fun place! We are regulars who love the nostalgia of the candy jars and candies of our youth. We attended a birthday party here and it was so much fun! The owner and staff were so friendly and attentive to all the guests! We got to sample different flavors of popcorn and even see how the popcorn is made. So many delicious flavors!! Locally owned and worth a visit!

Absolutely love this place! Popcorn is truly gourmet wow the flavors are amazing! And Rebecca the owner is just so amazing! Makes you feel welcomed and valued, you don't find this level of customer service often these days. A true gem!

Isabelle’s is their best employee. She was able to suggest the best flavor of popcorn and really shine her kind personality. Just when I thought I couldn’t decide there she says why not the beer cheese? She had a wonderful suggestion that day and I appreciated it so much! You need to hire more like Isabella ! You can guarantee she will be the best customer service on the team! Thankyou so much again Isabella!

I have been coming to the Poppin box since it first opened and it always impresses me. I walk in and feel like the employees want to help me in every way without being pushy. I have especially found Anna beth and Alexa to be amazing employees. I 100% recommend coming and stopping by.
