What a joke of a place. Shady corporate environment and under the new ownership their attitude is if we can't Crack you on a monster deal then they don't need your business. I would never step foot again into a dealership that does business in their fashion. I get it the clowns get paid to conduct business to maintain their corporate standards ? they are just following orders from the top like good little worker bees. There is plenty other dealerships who maintain a friendly family atmosphere I advise people to visit those great places stay away from this rip off artist store

Their mechanics are alright if you can get your vehicle in to see them. They have a real problem getting back with you as a customer who needs a service on their vehicle. Also don’t schedule anything cause they’ll say it’s not an appointment it’s a show up time for you after saying it’s an appointment on the phone and you’ll end up waiting 4 hours for an oil change. They were better as bill Bryan before they changed up ownership but still lack the communication you would expect to have from a dealership. Management is lacking as well but go at your own discretion. I don’t hate them as a dealership they just aren’t very good with communication and that’s a big thing for me when you’re dealing with my 65 thousand dollar vehicle. Do better!

The dealership reached out immediately when I showed interest in the vehicle however each time I went to meet with the person I was talking with on the phone, they weren't available and I got sat with somebody else. The vehicle was listed for 21,595 the first time I went to look at it and without asking me what type of warranties I wanted added on, if I had a license plate to transfer over, or if I had a co-signer they were finalizing the price at over 30,000.After leaving dissatisfied the first time they dropped the listed price $500 and when I asked about the nearly $10,000 mark up I was ghosted.I then got a pre approval on CarGuru and got a confirmation email stating the only step left was to go over warranties and sign papers with the dealership, and that they would be notified of my pre approval and reach out to me to make an appointment. The dealership didn't reach out until a day and a half later and it wasn't even about my pre approval, at that point I had already decided I was going to drive there and show them my pre approval in person since they never contacted me.I went back with the pre approval showing considerably lower payments, I was told pre approvals are never accurate and if I wanted something even close to that payment I'd have to put $10,000 down. (Literally HALF of what the listed price was and for a used car????). As I was pulling out of the dealership somebody came out to seemingly save the sale by telling me I could get another car on their lot, and that when they put my information in, it pulled up other cars but the one I wanted didn't show up meaning I didn't qualify for a loan on that car. This is far from true as 1. I was given a payment option for that car but it was unreasonable and 2. I did the pre approval on the app for that specific car and had no issues. The girl I sat with told me multiple times "the type of car you're looking for and the payments you want just doesn't exist." Which it surly does exist, just not when the dealership is marking the car up $10k.They never once showed any concern or care for me as a customer, they made it very clear they were only there for the sale with a take it or leave it attitude.Overall I'm very disappointed with the customer service and feel very taken advantage of. I can very confidently say that ALL of the bad reviews on here are 100% accurate. This dealership shouldn't even be in business.

Found a vehicle over the Internet as my wife and I drove by. Interacted with the website and got some REALLY good answers. First time I had deal this good in 20 years. Daniel was very nice and informative and was working with us. Credit wasn't perfect and with a down payment AND a trade it was looking as we might have a nice vehicle. Well "they claim" they can't even come close to what they said the night before and we'll I'm not able to get the vehicle. After remembering someone say they weren't going to make any money from our deal is most likely the reason.I'm also a Vet and signed there little jeep years ago and now wish I hadn't!!

Joe Cabusao is an amazing salesman. No pressure from him or from finance. Deal sailed through on a Friday night in two hours. Love my new ride!

We chose this dealership due to the fast response and followup from Jolynn. When we went to visit, right away they took care of us. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We went through the sale process and we felt comfortable with the terms they gave us, we had an overall good experience. There were some items we were promised, there was a miss understanding on the scope of work that was promised, we expressed our concerns right away Charles and Michelle, reached out and took care of us and made sure we as customers were completely satisfied.Overall I recommend this dealership.I also wanted to add that we took our truck to get serviced, their customer service is top notch. We highly recommend it. Carlos was our service adviser, he was very professional and took good care of us.

I received a promotion in the mail with a $10,870.00 "Check" made out only to the person name here, "valid towards the purchase of any vehicle vehicle in stock!". There is no asterisk after the offer. I called yesterday to verify if this was a real offer, and the salesperson confirmed that it was. Then, I proceeded to ask how the offer worked before I went to the dealership because I was seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle. However, when I asked if for example, I choose the cheapest car in the lot, $4,995 (+ -), and if the check will cover the price of the vehicle, and Tax, Tag, Reg, and Dealer's fees, the person couldn't tell me. Then, I proceeded to ask, If I could use the "check" to lower the price of a vehicle, for example, from $20k to $10k, but he couldn't tell me either. Due to that, I reached out to the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs, and also, to the Federal Trade Commission (as the promotion came in the mail), because I believe this offer is deceiving. The promotion says "Valid toward the purchase of any vehicle in stock!" There are NO restrictions, that I can see on the "check". My question directly to the dealership is whether this offer is real and whether the "check" is valid toward the purchase of the vehicle, not only to the "price" of the vehicle, which could be considered as deceptive. Thank you.

We did a drop-off for an oil change 09/19/2023.Kobe checked the car in as soon as he got off the phone. He was quick, efficient and courteous. We went on to an appointment expecting to wait once we returned to the dealership. Wrong! The mechanic (Mike) sent the video of his inspection then went to work. We were messaged that the vehicle was ready even before we left the appointment! Upon arrival, Carlos assisted until Kobe was available. He went over all info with us, including recommendations, without trying to upsell unnecessary items. We appreciate the way the entire experience was handled and for the professionalism of the team. Especially Kobe- thanks dude!

The staff misplaced the car key, and tools were stolen from the vehicle. The overall cost of damages comes to approximately $1,500.00, plus an additional $2,500.00 for vehicle repairs. The manager offered to issue a check, but I declined since I wasn't aware of the exact amount at the time. I suspect that the check amount wouldn't have covered the full replacement cost. As a diligent craftsman, I wouldn't consider bringing my vehicle to this garage for repairs after this negative experience.I would like to add that I have consistently been satisfied with the service in the past, but I cannot overlook such an experience.

I called them around noon yesterday for an out-the-door price on a vehicle they were selling. That way, I would know in advance whether the vehicle is worth my long drive. The salesperson Jay said he'd send me a video of the vehicle first and then email me the figures in 30 minutes. After hours had passed, he called me asking if I received the video or email. I received neither. Long story short, I finally received the video and the final price through texts. It sounded good. Earlier in the day, I had planned to check out the vehicle if the price was right but, by the time I received the figures, it was getting too late for the long drive. However, I mustered up some energy and made the trip regardless.I arrived after hours, met Jay, checked out the vehicle, and decided to make the purchase! I found Jay to be an honest and respectful salesperson. I definitely recommend him. (Btw, it turns out he had my email address wrong --honest mistake.)I also appreciate the dealer for staying open after closing time. As for the finance guy, Josiah, he moved things along smoothly however, he just needs to work on his people skills. I found it rude when he was looking at his cellphone while I was talking. And when I asked for his undivided attention, he replied, "I can multi-task." -ugh.PS: I would've given the dealership 5 stars had I got my questions answered quicker to prevent driving late at night.

Buyers (BE AWARE) these advertised prices are way different from the actual prices, not only they added $1,000 or more to the actual price, but the actual crime is the warranties they trying to sale you adding an extra $3000 for a bunch of none sense you don’t even need. The sales man who verbally promised to redo the window tint that had a written advertisement of the dealership with their phone numbers in the back window which was not the customer’s fault added $600 fee for tinted windows. Then came an unknown $1,100 fee that could not be explained. Then came taxes for an extra $2000 and $1,200 for documentation. They literally turned a $26,000 car to $35000 just to tell me that only one bank was willing to work with me and mind you I had a co-signer. Also that was the only car I would qualify for with all those benefits they claimed I was getting. So my question to these crooks, do they know that their inventory is listed on a public website? They had multiple cars but was more focused on on personal gain than customer’s satisfaction. I warn you again please STAY AWAY.

the buying process and treatment after the purchase was miserable. first of all, we found the vehicle we wanted online at $14k (give or take), and when we got to the dealership, it was nearly $18k (ended up being way more out the door ??). when we confronted our salesman about it, he told us to read the fine print at the bottom of the website, where it “clearly” states an a$$ load of discounts including military. that was extremely deceitful. we know how the dealership crooks work, my boyfriend used to be one lol. but this was the first time we had ever dealt with deceitful pricing after looking at several other vehicles online verses on the lot. they got my address wrong when dealing with the loan from the bank and had to redo the entire process which made everything else delayed. they tried to charge us $3k for a warranty they said was attached to the car and nonnegotiable (we did not pay $3k after extreme haggling). my boyfriend pointed out the front left fender being misshapen which ended up flying off of my car going 80 on a highway 2 days after purchasing it.. they gave us 3 free tanks of gas and 4 free oil changes as “apart of the deal” and then gave us a hard time each time we came for the gas. we’ve yet to go for the oil change, and probably won’t based on how they treated us with the gas lol. this was my first time purchasing a car and i tried to prepare myself for the financial damage, but the treatment, attitude, and tones from some of the employees was uncalled for. on a positive note, jordan was extremely friendly and talkative. amir did amazing work with the numbers. and robert gave me his bag of chips after we’d been there for roughly 6 hours.

Although the salesman was very nice, we would not recommend this dealership. we drove over an hour to test drive a car listed at 26,000, but when we got there, the sticker on the car said 37,000. Very misleading, and any other dealership i’ve been too has never had that big of a difference. I was a little hesitant in going to this dealership since all of the reviews said something similar; but wanted to give them benefit of the doubt. definitely be aware and read reviews before going

Will never go there again! I've bought over 20 vehicles in my life and purchasing from them was the worst experience ever. Could have been because of my salesperson Nikko! The guy is a stone-faced liar. He's now one of their finance guys (BEWARE)!!!

Terrible experience!! I visited this dealership to help my son look for a truck. They had one advertised online that we drove down to see. First, after test driving, my son was still sitting in the driver seat looking at everything, another salesman came over with another customer and started going through everything on the inside of the truck, with my son still sitting in it. I have never experienced that before, I thought that was quite rude. So then, as we were sitting inside negotiating the price of the truck, that same salesman came over to my son and got the key to the truck, they were taking it for a test drive. Again, something that I have never experienced in my history of buying a vehicle, to have someone come after me and test drive a vehicle I am negotiating on. The purchase price was then going to be almost $10,000 over sticker price. We understand that there are taxes, tag, dealer fees, and that the dealer has to make some profit, but they were adding an additional $3,000 for a warranty that they said they would not sell the truck without. So that means right off the bat, the truck was not for sale for the listed price, it was actually $3000 more, so that was deceiving. My son decided he was not going to make the deal, mainly because they were being so deceitful. The salesman we were dealing with was Ronnie. He walked away from his desk and got either the sales manager or the financial manager. Ronnie, the salesman, never came back over to us, he was pissed. We told the finance or sales manager, whichever one he was, that we were not buying the truck. He too just walked away. When we walked out of the showroom into the parking lot, the other manager, names were Tony and Matt, not sure which one was which , but the other one came out to the parking lot and asked what the problem was, why weren’t we buying the truck. We explained to him that we were not going to purchase a vehicle that they were “making” us pay an additional warranty for, which we later found out was illegal for them to do, he got very upset and told us that if we were ever going to look for a vehicle again, “not to come back there”. He told my son he needed to learn to be a man and learn how to make a decision without bringing his mother. Of course at that point my son defended himself and had some things to say, as he should’ve. The man that came out had absolutely no reason to say what he said. Extremely rude and deceitful, the salesman, sales manager and finance manager!! I have NEVER been treated the way they treated us at any business establishment. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your business!!!
