“I met area supervisor at the lady lake store when I was having issues finding things, going over return policies and much more. I was a little bit flustered not with anybody at the store just with the items I couldn't find and Priscilla was honestly the best customer service worker I've met. She was patient she help me look for what I needed. And she always seem happy to help me. Lastly, I'm new to the area so I'm not familiar with the stores and everything else, But I can tell you now that I will continue shopping at Ross solely because of Priscilla.”

“I stopped in to have a look at their Pandora charms and bracelets. It is unfortunate that this mall seems a little run down from the outside. This store is definitely worth the visit. I love Pandora! There was only one person in here. Her name is Barbara and she made me feel like the only person in the store! She took her time and explained everything to me. Answered my million questions. Ha ha. I absolutely adored her southern accent. I ended up purchasing two charms. She took her time cleaning and packaging them for me. I will definitely return just to do business with her and I will be making this my home store for ALL my Pandora needs and wants! Thank you Barbara! You made me feel special ❤”

“What a refreshing surprise. Honest-to-goodness customer service. I was looking for a gift for my lady friend and the help here showed me several outfits that just made good sense. I didn't buy every recommendation but did buy two outfits. And they wrapped it very nicely. And I'll be back. Great location across from the main square. We can spend our money anywhere, but customer service seems to be a thing of yester-year...except here at Changes boutique in The Villages, it's plentiful and courteous. Much appreciated. Not opposed to the extra 4% the store charges for credit card use because some of the clothing is more than double at other online golf stores. The woman who is always there could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.”
