I had an outstanding experience with M&S Air Conditioning from start to finish! Anthony, my salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process of replacing my old 2.5 ton single-stage builder grade AC with a new 3 ton Ruud inverter system. He made sure I understood why this was the right choice for my home, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. His professionalism and expertise gave me confidence in my decision. Additionally, Anthony provided a very generous veteran discount, which made the process even more exceptional.
The installation team, Alex and Evan, were equally outstanding. They were friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain each step of the installation process as it unfolded. When an unexpected issue arose requiring an important decision about my home, they patiently allowed me the time to make an informed choice without any pressure. After the installation, they went above and beyond to ensure I fully understood how to operate and maintain my new system, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction with impressive attention to detail.
The new Ruud system is a game changer. It’s efficient, quiet, and perfectly suited for my needs. Called M&S air conditioning to schedule my 6 month maintenance schedule. Got connected to their automated call center. This was not my first time using M&S air conditioning. I was surprised that the automated system had all my points of contact information and to include address wrong. Needless to say, I’m not a fan of M&S air conditioning using an automated system. Furthermore not sure why I had to contact M&S air conditioning to schedule my 6 month maintenance schedule. When in the past, M&S air conditioning would connect me.

Great service! On time, friendly and courteous techs, can’t say enough good things about this company.
What I like the most, is that when someone has to come out for a service call, they notify you when they’re on their way and a picture of the guy coming out!

My neighbor was getting her package unit installed, I did hvac for 25 years. So I came over and talked with the guys Jacob and Cody, I was very impressed with their knowledge of everything they were installing. Their work came out amazing, if I ever need an ac I’ll be calling M&S!

Routine maintenance. good communication from the tech. Polite, friendly and most importantly - skilled! Be careful when you call them. The first voice you will hear is actually a bot. Their butt needs some work. Interrupt her and just say you wanna speak to a person.
