“I needed to get insulin sent ASAP and went to this location early in the morning yesterday. They explained the insulin would sit all day until the truck came at 5:30. Suggested I take it home and keep it in the refrigerator and bring it back closer to pick up time. I was able to purchase insulin cooling bags from Walgreens that will keep it cold for up to 60 hours! It is on its way now and I am getting updates. Delay due to flight but it is staying cool and should be delivered tomorrow. Printing the label at home saved me $74 and if you compare the price with FedEx estimate, I saved over $100 in shipping costs. I was pleased enough with the staff at this location that I brought donuts. Five stars!

“Have been using Safe Ship at Colony for a few years. Always excellent service. Recently I had to mail a package to a remote area in the Republic of Ireland. It was being shipped to a old farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. Bobbi who works the front counter was super nice and patient. Working her magic with the meager address I was given she was able to process all the necessary international paperwork and get my package on its way for a timely delivery to it's final destination.

“I have mailed packages USPS , twice from this annex. Packages got to Wisconsin in 4 days and were picked up the same day. A tracking number and receipt are given. I also buy my postage stamps from there. Very convenient from where I live in stonecrest.”

Personally I don’t care what their nationality or religion is. They are nice polite and professional. That’s all that matters.
And, if I lived in the area rather than just working down here occasionally, I would frequent their business more often.
I’d move my pharmacy to them and do other shopping there as well.”

“I went there for the first time due to an Amazon return. I told the owner (Jeff) that I had never known of the place, even though I had driven by there for years.
The place is quaint and the service phenomenal. There are plenty of different sized boxes to fit most anything you're apt to bring in there.
Definitely will recommend this place for shipping, packing and suggestions. Jeff is very helpful.”
