We've been using Sign Wizard Inc for about 6 months now and they have not let us down yet. The trucks they have wrapped for us look beautiful and they also helped us wrap a display for our Trade Booth which came out awesome. We are a lifetime customer!!

Tried out a local business for my daughter jr. Dragster being wrapped. Paid $472 which was half down. Brooke sent over a design which we had some changes we wanted. Then was told a it would take a full day to do. Ended up taking a week and when I showed up to get it, it was not finished! Honestly looked like someone that had absolutely no idea what they were doing was working on it and she seemed happy with the job. Sand underneath the wrap, she kept saying how it won't stick to the fiberglass back. She was able to peel the wrap off right then because I said absolutely not! If it were that easy, I could only imagine if i took it home like that?! Then asked for a portion of my money back because I wanted the design still and she refused! Extremely unprofessional. Do not use her!!

The company's request at least half down before they even start working on your image. April 30th I went into the store I paid half of what they quoted. A few weeks later I texted them to see have they begin to work on my project. no the guys stated give us another week. May 26 they said they will begin working on my project and then have it finished by the end of the day. This be a Memorial Day weekend I gave them an extra week. June 7th, instead of calling or texting I went to the sign shop to pick up the signs thinking they were ready, the guy told me to give them 15 minutes. I witness them making the sign. I waited 5 and a half weeks for 15 minutes project. ??? I personally believe they dont take care of their customers very well.
