“Just moved here 3 mos ago and had to find a vet. Park Heights was very helpful with getting our dogs information from our previous vet. They are very friendly, great with the dogs and very caring. They got us in within a day and even checked up on my pets after the visit to make sure they are doing OK after there shots. Would highly recommend.”

“I absolutely love these vets. I went to them for years, then we moved to South Florida. When we moved back up here I was excited to be able to use them again. I have an extremely protective German Shepherd Dog who will get aggressive towards people who come around me. They recognized this and prescribed meds to give her before arriving at their business that calmed her way down. They also loved on her and made her feel comfortable and safe. They give very thorough exams to make sure your pet is in great health. All the staff there are outstanding, from the ladies in the front office, to the technicians and the vets. They are very compassionate. I had to put my lab to sleep a couple of years ago because she had cancer. They were wonderful to me through the whole process and allowed me to have as much time as I needed in the room with her. It was a difficult time, but their compassion helped immensely. If you are looking for a good veterinarian office, Park Heights is the best. You can trust them to provide excellent care to your pet.”

“My husband has taken our female German shepherd here several times for acute pancreatitis/gastritis . My husband is currently deployed and u had to bring our male German shepherd in for an issue. The front desk immediately got us back to a room. There was a bit of a wait ( around 2 hours ) but I also heard other pet owners crying and having been in that side of and emergency vet before , I could empathize with it being one of the worst days for them. They do triage in order of how stable pets are . Fortunately my pups issue was non life threatening, just unable to get a vet visit at our regular vet until the end of the week.
Once the tech came in and took all the info, then the doctor came and evaluated . She was very kind and was able to determine the issue pretty quickly. My dog was medicated in office with two shots . The tech did a great job injecting him since he was nervous. We were sent home with mediations and he is feeling better today!”
