Front desk and lab ran their is very unprofessional. They do not get back with you with important results. They do not call you back even after leaving messages. They are not good at all. The FNP is really good at what she does- that is my only positive there.

Tried to call in to make an appointment, asked if there was availability today and was advised no, before I could ask when the next availability was the front desk person hung up. Awful and unprofessional.
