“Erick M. is a high quality professional technician. Erick had every opportunity to sell me a more expensive service (windshield replacement) which I would have probably paid for. However, Erick assessed my vehicle and assured me a replacement was completely unnecessary and he could fix the leak with a simple repair. Erick explained what he observed as the issue and showed evidence for it, explained how this probably occurred to my vehicle, described what steps he would take to make the repair before performing any work, and then graciously answered any questions I raised as he performed the work and encourage me to watch. Couldn't be happier with the service, and about 6 months later I haven't had any additional problems with water leaks in that windshield. I highly recommend them.Service: Water leak repair”

“My BMW 740i needed some bumper refinishing. I brought my car over to T&K Auto Collision and was greeted by the owner, Jesus. He assessed the work needed to be done and explained everything to me in a calm, polite and respectful manner. I could see that he was detail oriented as well as confident about the repair work. He assured me that he would do his best and gave me a very fair estimate so I decided to have him do the repair work. He completed the work in a timely manner. When I came to pick up the car, I was very impressed with the refinishing. He did a wonderful job and the bumpers looked like new! Jesus is very talented, enjoys what he does and it shows! He has earned my repeat business and I will be referring his shop to others. Thank you Jesus for a fantastic refinishing job on my 740i!”

“Just switched from regular doors to tube/pipe doors on my jeep this weekend for so it’s hand Carwash season too. I was a little skeptical at first rode down to the carwash the gentleman approached I asked him what the wait time was? He was frank with me and said we got 6 cars ahead of yours we’re looking at about 3-4 hours. I asked what time they closed? He said 6PM. I told him I’ll come back later that afternoon, got there around 4pmish they took my jeep washed it, cleaned it practically detailed it. Looks amazing! Great jobs gentlemen!”

“Got my car’s paint fully redone and had my windshield swapped out with them after having leaks and near-total paint failure, they did an excellent job. Good itemized price, thoughtfully explained to me. Jeremy and Jacob were helpful throughout the whole process and provided great service. After two weeks, everything has held up perfectly. Would recommend to anyone who needed similar work done!

He replaced it for free, helped me get in just minutes before they were closing and a bit after they closed as well. He explained the whole process for me, didn’t charge me at all and read the error codes from my car for me to have for the future. “The Dugout Car Wash & Detailing is bye far the best all around! They take so much pride in their work. Gorky the head Detailer along with the staff and the head of the office was not only super professional, but kind, and they made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond for me. You won't find another detailing company like this! Their prices and work are one of a kind. Not gonna lie, at first I was a little doubtful about hiring them. I was looking to take my car to a shop and when i called they said that at the moment they are currently mobile, but they did pick up and delivery and they had other locations they could meet me at of their auto shops. But nothing that would be too. Comfortable for me at the moment due to the pandemic. So i took chance I was a little uncomfortable of having someone come to my house. Its something new to me. Having that luxury of Calling for something to get done and they come to your house. He later Expressed to me due to unfortunate events of his run in with very grimy, and some not so good people/ customers that seem to have made his professional life a bit difficult, that he decided to go take his car wash and detailing mobile for now which. I am so grateful though because if not I would have never met him. Their prices and work are one of a kind. Your not going to get this quality of work for their prices anywhere else I was shocked to find out at how insanely expensive everyone else is compared to them, and on top of that some of them even charge you a fee for "Mobile Services" I guess that's to secure your appointment but that's crazy anyway. They spent the whole day working on my car and left it as if it was brand new. I could not believe it. This was my way of starting a new year a new clean car! “Amazing staff! Just plain good people. Was in SC for vac picking up sister from the airport when a driver sped past in the loading zone and ripped the door around on my new Ram. Officer on scene recommend Premier. Had the wrecker take it there. I had no rental insurance and logistically it did not make good sense to return to Florida with out my truck. Felt like if I could manage the repairs close to home would be easier.The staff in the front office agreed. Problem was the driver door wouldn’t close at all. They started discussing some temporary ideas and said “we think we can get that door back around and latched safe to get you home.Immediately three of the men began to work bending and checking several different way and finally got it pinned back shut.These guys demonstrated some serious job knowledge, determination and kindness.I was super bummed about my truck, but somehow this act of kindness by these 3 guys lifted my spirits a bit.After my thanks, I offered them a $100.00 bill. They would not accept it!Need more people in the world like them.”
“The owner of this place is a really stand up person. We had an issue with our sound system and while he could have easily upsold us on a new amplifier, he asked us if we could just come back in 20-30 minutes because he wanted to 'try something' to see if he could just fix what we had. Low and behold, 20 minutes later he rewired our current amp and got it working again so we only had to pay the diagnostic fee and we weren't out a few hundred more for a new amp. Just based on that honesty I will bring my vehicles here for any work that I need done.”
