My daughter received chemical burns from the chemicals being used on the grocery carts to sanitize for Covid. Placed a call to speak with the store manager and the woman basically told me they are told to clean the carts with industrial sanitizer and that came down from corporate. No empathy about my child or the fact she is now scared to sit in a grocery cart.

I was there to pick up my On-line order & one of my items was damaged. Management made it right & was so polite about it.....so appreciated especially in this craziness going on right now!!!

It's the weekend before Thanksgiving, and one register is open. Really? Come on, staff for the day. They should know it's going to be busy. They finally opened a second register, and then as I was being checked out, someone told her to close to go do something else. Poor cashier, she was very friendly, but, overwhelmed. THIS is the reason people will pay more to shop at Publix, at least it doesn't take 20 minutes to check out.
