I love my mattresses, very friendly store manager and staff.I'm coming back to leave a second review . . . after making my first purchase and absolutely loving my new mattress (The Resort Hotel - Latex Collection) I purchased two more sets of king mattresses and box springs. Chris, the store manager, is friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the mattresses. I've loved my mattress from the first night, there was no "getting used to a new mattress - break in period" of time. The guys that came to deliver them were super friendly and went over and above to help me move existing mattresses to another room, I'm sorry I don't remember their names to post here. My second delivery went just as smooth with Larry and Dre setting up two king mattresses and bed frames to the beds. All four of these guys love Chris and sang his praises, which tells me Chris is a super great guy and treats his staff with integrity and respect. I highly recommend giving Bed Pros of Brandon a visit if you're looking for a new mattress (mattresses). I've purchased three (The Hotel Collection from Jamieson) kings and am very happy with the comfort of these mattresses.”

“Decarlo and Lindsey were absolutely amazing! Lindsey was knowledgeable, attentive and very nice. I also had to change my delivery date due to a personal issue and Decarlo went above and beyond to make sure that everything was squared away and set for the new date despite it being a little last minute. I will definitely come back to this location if I ever need a mattress and I recommend anyone else to go! The most attentive Mattress Firm I’ve ever visited.”

“My husband and I met with Nelson Martinez to purchase our furniture. While we do believe our furniture was made well, the cushions had an issue. We contacted the warranty company who denied our claim and then a few months later called and said they were reopening it only to deny it again. I was beyond disappointed. The patio cushions were downright embarrassing the way they looked after one year. We decided to call Nelson, explained the issue and just like our initial purchases he was right on it and in less than a week our replacements arrived. This was exceptional customer service and we would definitely recommend this Brandon Store for all your Patio needs. In love with the set even more now!”

“Sooo, I am a side sleeper. My hip and shoulder bones were hurting. Will, the manager, showed me the correct bed that will hold up my side taking weight off my hips and shoulders, strengthening my spine and providing super pressure relief. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Will. He is so knowledgeable, he spent an hour explaining everything and I understood it all. Wow! You MUST come here first there really is a difference in stores.”

We were happy with the selection of colors of leather as well as the colors of wood finish for the ‘table top’ piece that sits on top of the ottoman. We know Stressless is a good quality brand so we were comfortable with the amount we spent for this item. “The guys at Cushion Solutions have been great for years as we’ve had a few items recovered, including last week. We brought in a two-seat slider with a bad, large worn-tear, which had been recovered 2017 per their records; Craig and Denis —can’t remember names : ( —were willing to give us a very reasonable price. In addition from that, they did a high-quality job and surprisingly done in less than 2 weeks. As an aside, they stand behind their product, as they did a free-repair (a few years ago) on another outdoor slider (we have 2) after we noticed a mistake upon bringing home. I rarely put in G-reviews but they really deserve one.”
