“Love this place! ? As soon as you walk in - ask the owners what the current sale is - they always have something on sale and you can save a ton on the already low prices. There’s also a tiny free food pantry when you walk in on the left. This place is an asset to the community ??”

Beyond being a great place to shop, it’s owned by a nonprofit organization that gives back and supports local families in need. “This is hands down the best thrift store I've ever had the opportunity to visit! The store is immaculate! Items are clean and well organized. You're not going to find items that are torn, stained, or junk, like you would at other thrift stores. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's truly a joy to shop at ECHO. Their prices are excellent. Plus, for every $10 spent, it feeds a family of 5. Buy local, give local, and it stays local.”

“After an exhaustive search of a thrift store that contributed their proceeds to help animals , this was the only place I could find. I have made many donations and purchases here, even though I drive almost 2 hours round trip. I really appreciate the employees are all volunteers, leaving more money for rescue groups. Please keep doing what you do.”

“A clean and well organized thrift store.Departments are easy to identify with a wide array of clothes, beer mugs, taco trays, shoes, jewelry, and the list goes on.One thing, there was plenty of space between things, which made the experience better, not being crowded by others.Bathroom was not awful, I can see us stopping in here again to look for bargains.”

“Everyone is so incredibly pleasant.I have found some really nice artwork at this store. Many treasures, good prices. It is a big store, very clean & organized.”

“The folks there, in my opinion, seem to be very concerned about the less fortunate out there. It's always a breath of fresh air to see people display the natural affection that God has made us with, toward one another. As a child of The Living God, I must say that behavior such as this gives hope to so many people including myself.Life is not without its daily challenges, some worse than others, but hope is alive because Jesus is alive!!!John 3:16 still stands, and so is Romans 10:13 & Matthew 5:14-16”

“Really fun thrifting experience! It's winding and easy to get lost in the best way. Pricing is hit or miss hence the -1 star: I scored brand new embroidery floss for only 25 cents each but then you turn around and they're selling a $3 goodwill vase for $12 and a with storage bin and lid for as much as it costs new at the store so their pricing could use some work but their varying deal days make for a fun treasure hunt, everyone is SO nice and everything is extremely organized!”

“Great shop! Clean, organized and great selection. Prices are fair and there are 50% sales on certain days. Donate and shop here because the proceeds go to survivors of domestic violence.”

“Was walking around for an hour and a half waiting for the women who was stocking to take some speakers out of the stocking bin and put them on the shelf, they have a strict policy on getting anything before it goes on the shelf, after all that waiting some guy just walks up and grabs the speakers out of the bin anyway, at that point I put everything I picked out back and just left. Really bummed out. The no-grab policy only stops decent people from getting the newest arrivals”

“Great place to volunteer. Loved helping make the infant section look nice for shoppers. Would love to come back with my daughters and share the positive volunteer experience.”

“Mary and Martha played such a significant role in helping me during one of my most hopeless moments. It was truly a wonderful place to heal and start over. Everything was so clean and organized, providing a comforting environment that gave me the peace I needed. Their incredible resources were exactly what I needed to get back on my feet. I suggest and recommend Mary and Martha to anyone looking for support in tough times. Thank you, Mary and Martha. Thank you, Stacy. And a special thank you to Heather Root for everything you’ve done. You all have been a blessing to me.

“This is my favorite thrift store in the Tampa Bay Area. I love it for many reasons, but the first is the staff. The ladies who work here are genuinely a joy to be around. They go above and beyond to ensure that you find what you’re looking for, my daughters have been helped, on more than one occasion, find a specific item that they needed, with courtesy and patience. Sunshine is the perfect name for this place, because so many of the ladies here exemplify that brightness in their interactions. I’ve enjoyed coming here and getting to know several of them over the last 2 years. My girls always make a point to say hello to Catherine, Jessica, and Sita whenever we go. The staff is the BEST part of this store.

Also, the store is great. It’s not huge, but they have a good selection of quality clothing and housewares. Plenty of fitting rooms. Weekly deals with 2 colors. Sometimes they bring out the $1 rack. All in all I highly recommend.”

“Store is pretty big and has so many options to choose and do visit if you plan to buy something which you can benefit in both ways. I donated clothes and my old laptop., visited store to checkout. Staff are helpfull and friendly”

“Great cause, diverse selection, and good pricing!

Tip:
Get in the check out line early.
Especially at closing time.
The ladies were not so nice as they walked around shouting repeatedly and sternly that they were closing soon. It was a bit intimidating and unexpected around 5:30 on a Saturday. But otherwise! Love this place!”

“The drop off line was long but the unloaders were pleasant and knowledgeable. It’s always nice to be greeted with a hello, given the tax document, and sent off with a thank you. The gentlemen were also cautious with our vehicle and donated items. This is a stark contrast from the previous crew at this location. Kuddos to the management staff for hiring better people and kiddos to the unload crew for being pleasant individuals.”

“I have been a customer of this shop for more than 18 years. The improvements in the last few years have been striking. Home decor and household items are clean and organized in such a way to make browsing easy. Prices are average for a thrift and staff are helpful and pleasant.”

“I've had great luck here multiple times, especially with their funky button up tops for dudes. I've also snagged a sick custom pair of area 51 converse chuck 70's for $25, never worn! Prices are fair and styles range from plain to eccentric, staff are always helpful. Definitely worth a stop for anyone wanting to refresh their wardrobe”
