I hate everything about this gas station. Driving in nearly always results in a head on collision because people leaving turn left (it’s right turn only) onto a one way instead of just taking the extra 10 seconds to circle the loop. You can even see it in the picture on google maps where the car exiting is poised to turn left. Then you factor in that these are the slowest gas pumps in the state, the air and vacuum machine is always out of order, and there’s congestion from the Dunkin Donuts drive thru and this place is just a headache.

I like this gas station. I'm in and out no matter how long the line is, to a degree. I've never had an issue and the workers have been pleasant

Says Circle K on front but does not accept Circle K rewards. $18 for what should cost $10 Deception at its best. Shell should be classified in fraud case like Dollar General.

the service is actually went down extremely way too much chitter-chatter and talking at the counter buy employees talking to each other while the customers have to endure standing there and listening to it and also waiting in line it is very very bad very very annoying also calling customers honey and baby Sweetie sweetheart is extremely unprofessional that should stop right away and is like a ghetto in there behind the counter please change it immediately

For the 3rd time my card was billed for purchases I did not make. This time I have my reciepts and the Manager Steve still did nothing about it. I reported to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Fraud Dept.If you do have to make purchases....use cash otherwise stay away.

10/16/22 They have $3.37 posted with a tiny sign that says cash only which you can't read at night. Actual price you get charged for is $3.43. Sneaky. They charged me $3.44 as per my email from Shell and on top didnt give me 5 cents off per gallonIts wrong to keep adding cuz in the long they are getting richer from all the customers they sneak in their 8 cents.

Stop and got gas here on Aug 21 which is a Sunday afternoon around 4p.m, put $40.01 in my tank on pump 7 I think and now I'm showing a withdrawal of 175 out of my account. Calling 2 days now an phone just ring busy about to go up there now..

Rude cashier lady with brown hair. Can't even say hi or thank you. Not much in stock and was filthy. Gas prices are higher here. Save yourself time, a headache, and money and go somewhere else

I stopped at this location a little after 5am this morning, paid at the pump and quickly realized I was being ripped off. I chose unleaded yet it forced me into the highest gas setting which was closer to $6 a gallon. I understand errors happen, but this is the THIRD time this has happened to me at this location in the last few months (different pumps, paying at pump as well as inside with cashier). I tried calling them ALL morning to no avail as the phone just gives you a constant busy signal. I also notified them of the issue the last time it occurred and their response was “nobody has mentioned it so far” as if it wasn’t an issue since I was the only customer to bring it to their attention. My point is, go anywhere, literally anywhere else in the area and you won’t have this issue and can even get gas about 10-20cents cheaper.
