I just wanted to thank Public Storage for all they did in their efforts to keep people and their property safe by locking down the gates during the most recent hurricane. I've been storing at this facility for over 10 years and have been completely satisfied with the professional and courteous customer service that I have received. Thank you again, Public Storage.

I've been at Public Storage ( actually was a diferent company that was bought out by public storage) for over 10 years. Always have had auto payment. Now they are still doing autopayment and my credit card shows that , but they send me text messages telling me I'm late in payment. Beware, there is no way to contact them via text or email. Nothing on their website other than a auto-bot chat session which is worthless. Also don't pick up the phone so no communications at all. .

Public Storage makes bad decisions that affect their customers. They closed the facility with only a few hours notice due to the hurricane arriving in 3 days
The next day, the weather was calm, no rain and no wind.
There were at least a dozen customers that showed up to remove their vehicles so they would not sustain damage
The manage was in the parking lot, was very rude, would not open the gate and then left.
All stores were open, all gas stations were open, nothing had closed except Public Storage
What kind of person would do that.
What kind of company would do that
They are affecting the lives of many people and possible damages to their vehicles from the on coming flood and did not care.
