I do not like this post office. You need a better employee in the front , Or just shut it down. I came here about a week ago to get a key for my new place I recently moved in. I’m new to all of this because it’s my first place. I went in there …. Did the paper work for the key and this man proceeded to tell me the key, I had to pay $75 for… which is no problem… but I didn’t expect to have to pay for a key, non the less that much. So I sent my husband to get it… Why my husband got our key , went to the same person, & my husband said he charged him $45 for our key.!!!!! So what did I miss?.!!!

Staff inside are great. Actually getting your mail delivered is another story. I wouldnt hold your breath. Used to be fine up until about 2 years ago.

I dropped off a package at location last week and when iv been notified the receiver has gotten it, i sent my wife up there to see what's going on. The girl working gave nothing but attitude and rolled her eyes. If you got an extra 15 mins just drive up the road to the office off of 301 and gibsonton.

This post office dosent offer a passport service .
What is on their web site is wrong and they should remove that .
I waste my time today driving all the way there hoping I'll get my pasport done and they just offered me to take a photos for the passport witch I already have.
US Post office you should do better .
Dont give false information on the website of this post office .
Change what's on it so people know and don't have to waste their time coming at this location .

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I went in when they opened today at 8:30am to return a package and instead I ended up very disappointed and took my package to another usps location, this location has terrible customer service. The person that I had to do the package return with was so nasty and rude and raised her voice, I have never in my life felt that embarrassed before especially because there was a line of people behind me. I took my package elsewhere. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this location at all.

I want to commend and thank Roberto. Roberto was more than helpful great gentlemen who really loves his job and is so good to customers that I seen before me and after me. I hope everybody reads this and would get to experience how great this gentleman is

Disgusting customer service . I will never step foot in this raggedy establishment again. I came to return a package with a label that was already printed . I needed a piece of tape to tape the label and the man wanted to charge me $5.95 for a roll of tape as if he did not have a piece of tape behind the counter . I have returned many packages and never had to buy a roll of tape to tape a label on. Tape purchase must be keeping this lil location afloat . I will rather drive 10 minutes and wait in line at the usps in Riverview for better service . I wonder if they force all customers to purchase tapeOr was it just me? Hmmm
