Disgusting customer service . I will never step foot in this raggedy establishment again. I came to return a package with a label that was already printed . I needed a piece of tape to tape the label and the man wanted to charge me $5.95 for a roll of tape as if he did not have a piece of tape behind the counter . I have returned many packages and never had to buy a roll of tape to tape a label on. Tape purchase must be keeping this lil location afloat . I will rather drive 10 minutes and wait in line at the usps in Riverview for better service . I wonder if they force all customers to purchase tapeOr was it just me? Hmmm

Awful service to Gibsonton. If anyone else did their job as poorly as our mailman does every single day they'd have been unemployed years ago. Instead mine and my neighbors complaints fall on deaf ears. Use UPS or FedEx, might cost more but at least things will arrive and not be damaged beyond repair.

Customer service was good but the location kinda stinks. I was afraid just taking my 6 year old with me. A lot of loitering outside of the post office.

Office staff is nice, roll of the dice with delivery crew.I've had packages marked fragile thrown over a 6ft fence.I've received sorry we missed you notice delivered directly to mailbox instead of front door- while I was home waiting and tracking the package.I've had packages left outside in the rain, sometimes literally 3 feet from being put on a porch.I've received neighbors mail and vice versa, to be fair we have same address number but live on different streets.I have [at least] one delivery person who does a superb job, and sadly I immediately notice when they have a different route or go on vacation.

There is a serious problem with mail being delivered to the wrong address. I recently had a nightmare of a situation where my neighbor received my package, opened it and began using its contents rather than walk three houses down to give it to me after I had just given them their mail from my box. The postal service did try to retrieve my package from the neighbor with negative results. Thank you Jesus the husband was kind enough to make his wife give me my purses after I went to their home. The postal service was able to track where the package was actually delivered and provided me the information. The postal staff inside the office and the supervisor Sheila were excellent in their handling of my problem but the delivery people must do better. My neighbor committed a crime in opening my mail and commencing to use the contents. I would never do that to my neighbor!! Gibsonton Postal, please do better!!!!!!!

I loved going to this post office lady's. And they men always are smiling.hey if you are looking for great food to eat and really like fresh meats this places offers it lunches they serve it so good so if you are in the area go have lunch here

Who ever delivers our mail at our mail boxes at the Carriage Pointe subdivision seems to always put our mail and packages in other peoples boxes. There is no telling how much of our mail has been miss delivered. The regular postman does really good but his occasional replacement messes up our mail.Luckily we occasionally get our mail from our neighbors.Teresa

I moved to a new house and needed to find out which mail slot was mine at our mailbox center across from our neighborhood clubhouse. The employee at this location was very helpful both at the post office and on the phone when she called me back with the information I needed. Based on this experience I would recommend this post office.

Continues to put the wrong mail in other peoples mail box and vice versa in my subdivision. I am tired of walking on to my neighbors property to deliver mail when for one, it’s not my job and Im not being compensated for it and two it should have been done the first time correctly. It has happened way too many times. Ridiculous. Then you can’t get anyone on the phone. I was on hold for 50 minutes. Unacceptable!!
