I am very disappointed in my mailman. I live on Seminole Ave off of Citrus Ave, and he/she just left a box next to my mailbox at the end of my driveway. This box had my medical supplies! I thought they were supposed to leave at front door.

This is THE best lil post office I’ve ever been in. The two ladies at the front are kind and friendly and efficient. It is so small you wonder if anything gets done but I was so pleasantly amazed by the greeting and help they gave.
Every PO should be like this one.

This is the only USPS office I will go to in Orlando! They are amazing. So friendly and helpful and don’t rush you along. They also have smiles on their faces! It’s hard to find a good USPS office nowadays. Thank you for your hard work!!!

We TRUST this branch. They are the most reliable branch in this area. They have successfully and expeditiously delivered very important pkgs and letters. Just wish they and all P.O.s were less expensive. The rates are not condusive to todays economy.

My mother, sister-in-law and I all went to the Goldenrod Post Office because it is not busy. We bought an assortment (number and designs) of 2024 and 2025 stamps before the price increase and couldn't have had a better experience with the representative, Cindy, who was cheerfu, accommodating, and yet efficient.

I had a great experience at this post office. Naymie and Kenneth are awesome. Although it is a smaller branch they both run it well. Naymie had the pleasure of assisting me and she went above and beyond. She addressed all my concerns and made sure I had the correct label for my package. She was super nice.

Oh my god, what a great experience at the post office

If I could leave less than a star I would. Jessica is the most unfriendly and unhelpful clerk I’ve ever encountered. And the other guy that works Saturday mornings is just clueless.

Kenneth is a wonderful worker. He is super kind and extremely helpful. I happen to mistakenly misplaced one of my personal belongings, and he went out of his way to make sure I was helped. He is such a beautiful soul.

This Postal Service is a Joke, for a moment I thought that my shipment would arrive on time, but it turns out that I paid for a 2-day delivery service to Miami and it has already been 5 days and they still haven't delivered it, what would a shipment to Miami be like then? the northern part of the country. I hope at least my package is delivered. They charge for a service that they cannot fulfill, nothing is certain with them. They should worry about improving, since they have such bad reviews from customers due to their poor attention and service.
