The people who work here are so incredibly rude. They won't tape boxes closed or give me tape to close them myself, so I'm not sure who they expect boxes to be sealed, even at the self-service counter. When I went to ship my box they wouldn't give me a shipping label or even a shipping sticker to write on despite the fact that they keep those stickers right next to them where I can see a large stack of them. They then made me write the addresses directly on the box in marker, told me where to write them and after I did decided they didn't like where I wrote them and tried to make me redo it. All while lecturing me about how to write a letter like I'm 5 years old. It wouldn't have even been a problem if they had just created a shipping label like they were supposed to. The man working there was also very condescending to the guy behind me in line and lectured him about shipping Christmas cards to Puerto Rico like he was an idiot. I ended up leaving without shipping my box because of how rude and condescending both workers were. This happened about 30 mins ago, and I ended up going to UPS instead, where they were much nicer, and it only took 5 mins. No lectures either.

Kennith was awesome! I had some very important documents to send out. He helped me fill out the envelope correctly and double checked everything to make sure it would get to the right place. I come here a lot and everybody in here is very kind and helpful! This is my favorite post office!

This particular post office is just off of Aloma on a side street, so if you are not specifically looking for the post office, you probably won't be passing this particular post office.The parking lot is not the biggest and I almost drove by it. I tried getting in the second driveway, but that one eas a one-way. Not a huge deal, I just had to go up the street a bit more and turn around.The staff here was friendly enough and it was not too crowded.I understand that going to a post office is pretty much a necessary evil and you have to deal with them. Pretty much a monopoly,but it is what it is. Again, this staff was friendly enough and the experience overall was a positive one. I guess overall I would definitely recommend this particular post office and I will give it four stars overall.

The people that work there are really nice. Also their Post Office boxes are cheaper than any place else. You can always find a space outside. You're in and out fast here.

Not cool. I saw them put the flag on the pole and they allowed the American flag to be thrown into a mailbox can (not folded) and when they hang the flag, they let it touch the dirty ground.. treat the flag with respect or don't fly it at your location

Kind of annoyed that I used this location and my package was delivered 40 minutes away from the destination via car in England and other times I've mailed with UPS at other locations the package was delivered directly to the address. Thats a big inconvenience.

Just received outstanding caring service here helping me with a complicated administrative process. Generally government services are efficient and quick in Florida and this is no exception. I especially want to mention Linda who patiently and curiously took care of me.

Bad. The lady there, dont know her name, is a horrible human being. She became fixed that my box contained stuff that was not in the box and I dare her to open it, but she wouldn't. Either way, my box didn't get sent and they got it delivered to my house and now they say I own them 30 more dollars and my box didn't even get sent. Shame on them. Never going back there. And lady, you know who you are, you should consider not working in customer service if you can't handle people.
