Our passport experience was great! We were there as scheduled, and the man who helped my son and I made the process quick and easy. It’s a busy and smaller post office, but he made sure everything kept moving along.

Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. The man that works in there is rude and never ever wants to help. He just complains about a “one man show” (as a lady comes from behind the wall to help).

She apparently does not like her job or does not like people. Very unhelpful, doesn't appear to care about anything or anybody.
I would give her a 0 if that was an option.

I'm going to give it one star because I don't have the option to give it zero stars, But this person who works here serving customers is a very rude person, very rude, I asked for a few minutes because the girl who was not going to take a photo for the passport was crying and she answered me no, that we had to go somewhere else to take the photo and that there was someone else after our appointment and which was a lie, Because I was in the parking lot for a few moments and no one else arrived and she practically kicked us out of the post office.
How sad was this situation.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE RUDE! THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. MY SECOND TIME SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT FOR PASSPORT AND THEY CAMERA IS DOWN. I ASKED WHY DONT THEY CALL ME PRIOR TO THE DAY OF APPOINMENT. THE OLD MAN RESPONDED “ LISTEN MA’AM YOU EITHER GET A PICTURE BEFORE YOU COME OR RESCHEDULE “ THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!! OH AND NOT TO MENTION, THE YOUNG LADY LAST WEEK WAS RUDE TO.

DO NOT SCHEDULE A PASSPORT APPOINTMENT AT THIS LOCATION!! Could tell from the moment we walked in that this lady did not want to help us. And the experience went down from there. an hr and a half later we left with no passport application completed and had to schedule an appointment for another day at another post office. would give 0 stars if it was an option

Shadae ( or whatever her name was ) was RUDE, inconsiderate, not helpful. I showed up to my daughter’s passport appointment and had ALL paperwork ready. Since my daughter is a minor my husband had to be there also! My husband 2 minute late for our appointment and she would not take us back. I asked her if she could at least start because I understood she had appointments after us. She would not. I also asked about my daughter’s photo because we have been denied twice now and I asked her if she could take it and get the process started since my appointment was for that too. Again, she was rude and just gave me the no. She told me she had appointments back to back. She didn’t. No one showed up at 3:45 like she stated the next appointment was for. Obviously she did not want to help us.

If I could rate this place a 0, I would but unfortunately one star is the lowest. The lady with the mustache is horrible, she definitely needs to be fired. She was very rude and I should have listened to the reviews about setting up a passport appointment at this location. She tells me all of her afternoon passport appointments were basically canceled, yet sends me away after I was 5 or so minutes late for my appt. She acts like there’s nothing she can do to help, and I wish there was someone to report her terrible service to. Even if they did provide service, I would not trust that location to assist correctly with my passport, especially her. I would definitely go somewhere else!

You won't receive a receipt from them if you have three or more packages, as they consider themselves too busy, regardless of whether or not there are other customers in the room. These people waste taxpayers money but do not do the job.

The lady with the mustache is horrible shes. Telling people she can't help them making people leave telling ppl to go online. And figure stuff out she told 3. People that while she made us wait an HOUR AND ALL WE DID WAS NEED A PO. BOX SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED
