“Mailman accidentally put in wrong mailbox. No biggie. Stuff happens. Went to post office. The supervisor immediately drove to mailbox and got my stuff! Then hand delivered it to my door! That is A++ customer service that barely exists anymore. Also want to say the main mailman I have here is awesome and always goes above and beyond. We are lucky to have you all on Marco Island! Thank you!!”

“We just finished our business at Keep in Touch " Post Office " .....What a pleasant experience dealing with Juri .....Earlier , we at another notary service office on the island and it was not the " SUNSHINE ' place as advertised...We left a pompous , arrogant and plain OLD miserable person at the desk and were greeted with a smile and hello at Keep in Touch cards and gifts! He was also accompanied by a beautiful young lady with a dazzling sparkle dress and smile to match ! My awful business chore ended with a smile and feeling happy ! I wish I could add more stars !”
