My friend and I pulled up to this 7/11 because this is the one nearest to us. We checked on Google and it says 24hours. Once we got there, the assistant manager was taking out the trash and decided to give us foul language telling us they were closed. Very disrespectful. I don’t think I will give this location my business again as this is not the first incident.

I was looking for the caramel butter pecan, 7-eleven ice cream. I drove 25 minutes and stopped at 3 stores for that specific flavor and it was great. But I have an issue with none of the stores having cheese pizza slices available at any time of the day or night. Everyone doesn’t eat pepperoni ?

Watch out for you receipts. I was over charged. The cashier added on 3 extra items . My fault for not checking on the spot. I was in a rush!

STORE HOURS SUN-SAT 4:30AM-1:00AM REGARDLESS OF IF THE "OWNER" KEEPS SWITCHING THIS ON GOOGLE MAPS!Please help the community keep this store safe. The employees are trying their best to do so. They need our help. If you see the hours change to 24hrs please report 7Eleven for endangering the community and their employees.

I bought 2 coffees and used my points which gave me one coffee free. The lady at the register added a blueberry muffin that I did not ask for. When I said I didn't ask her to add that, she said she was giving it to me for free. After looking at my receipt she took the coffee off but charged me for a muffin, which I didn't want nor ask for.

This store closes for Operational purposes. The hours which the majority of the regulars know is that from 1AM-4:30AM the gas is pay at pump and online orders only during this time and the purpose behind it. Outside of this the store and it's employees are as inviting as can be. Granted this store could use a refresh especially when it comes to maintenance. Many of the stores equipment is struggling recently to keep up with the demand of the customers. One of those pieces of equipment is the slurpee machine. I've been there when the assistant manager is trying to explain to the technician (blue button up shirt) that the flavors are not freezing properly and the technician spends less then 10mins looking at the machine only to tell a different employee nothing was wrong. Also I've noticed that promos and even my 7now orders have been messing up quite frequently. The employees at the store try to fix the issues the best they can but can only do so much when their support team drops the ball constantly.

I like the convenience store but I noticed their customer service tanks when technology is involved:Example 1: Prepaying gas and refundsI paid in the station but didn’t use the full amount I paid (and it’s on my card). Normally these places automatically refund me or only charge what I used at the pump. Sadly it charged me the full initial amount I asked to prepay at the cashier. It took 3 days to find the ONE person who knows how to refund that. And even when she was there, it took her a good 15 mins to find my purchase (despite providing my pump 5, and my receipt with the time of purchase).Example 2: Lack of communication with UberEat ordersI used UberEats twice for this location and never doing again. The first time, I had a deal I was suppose to receive. Normally, stores are suppose to give a heads up if there’s an issue. Did they do that? No. I come pick up my order and learned they were missing an item which changed my order total cost. The second time, same issue. I’m about to head to the store only to get a alert that my order was cancelled. And it wasn’t cancelled until the pick up time. That’s not enough time to tell someone their order isn’t available.Example 3: The 7 eleven app deals not workingI seen for myself and one of my friends that they don’t have all of the food items on their register YET they offer deals and points for those items. The problem is because these items aren’t on the register, it’s ringed up incorrectly so the app won’t count the deal or give you points. The app is one of the main reasons I like going to 7 eleven but they’re not even giving points on items THEY (this specific store) say they would (it differs for each store), then they shouldn’t lie to people about these in the first place.

MiStore closed at 1:50am on a Friday night with sign reading back open at 430am but if you are Door dash or uber please knock. They are in the store but have a habit of this from time to time. It is very irritating if you are getting off work and want a beer before the 2am deadline. Gas truck driver apologized for this as he saw me at the door.

Don’t stop here if you’re driving anywhere between 3am-4:30am. The employee that works that shift just stands in front of the store and claims that “they’re closed.” Every time.
