I've never been to this post office until today. I always go to the one by the Grove on Conroy-Windermere or on Turkey Lake Rd. I found the service at Gotha exceptional. He helped me with holiday stamps, getting all of the selections available. He also informed me that if I process the one letter I had while I was buying stamps, I could track it for free through my informed delivery. I was grateful because I did not want to do tracking with certified mail requiring a signature especially since it was just down the road about 15 miles.

20 minutes on the phone trying to reach someone, then 30 minute hold time. 30 minutes driving to the post office, yhen he gave me incorrect address. Now I'm hours into this and still have no idea where I'm going. Over complicated and horrible service. Just shut down if you can't help people. Completely useless service.

Hello, you have the nicest, kindest, most helpful staff here at your Gotha branch. Always trying to assist people who aren’t sure of how they want to send packages in a timely and efficient manner. I give them top marks

The new post master, the short lady with glasses, is very rude and very mean. Today. She talked to me with an attitude. Man, I really miss Lawson and the old personel. These new one is the worst.

There is a Spanish lady with glasses and she short she is very rude. And when a Spanish customer comes and talks to her in Spanish she would say that she doesn’t speak Spanish but then the customer leaves and she starts to talk Spanish.

I love the small and more personal experience that I get in this post office. There have been times when there is a long line, but I have found that to be the exception rather than the norm. The post office is well stocked with the supplied I need and the employees are typically very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.I prefer to go to this post office over any of the larger ones any day.

If you close at 5:00 PM that means 5:00 PM. Not 4:50. Not 4:59. Walk up and the doors are locked before 5:00. This post office is the worst. Hope they never have to run in somewhere and rush to get there only for the door to be locked before closing.

Lost 4 of 8 packages I delivered at the same time!! And didn't want to help when I brought it to their attention. Claims have been filed with postal Inspector. Beware

My experience today at the Gotha USPS is really about to make me drive 45 minutes out of my way to make this my new local usps. My local usps in clermont is always rude and messing up, the two employees I met today fixed a mess up my local post office did and had me laughing. If you’re in the area use this post office. I’ve forgotten their name but it’s 4:20 on 4/19/21 make sure they get recognized for their amazing work.

WARNING! I wish I could give 0 star. Be very careful buying anything at this Gotha location. A female employee charged me $83.75 on August 25 for money order. When issuing it, her machine stopped working. She made me wait almost 40 minutes in their claustrophobic room and never gave my refund. The manager called me once and I never heard back from him. My bank refuses to issue a refund because I've used my debit card. I've never seen such a dishonest and disrespectful behavior like this in my life.
