I went in there looking for a king-size bed a couple weeks ago. I never was greeted or asked if I needed help. I have bought a couch set and kitchen table set from the Enterprise Alabama location. I still have an opened $5,000 account for me to purchase there. I live in Graceville but will never get furniture from that location. I'd rather drive to Enterprise AL to get my furniture. Of course delivery will be out of the question but I'd rather rent a uhaul and deliver it myself then buy from a bunch of noncustomer service oriented group. If I could I would give the graceville location no stars. Btw I bought a king-size bed from elsewhere.

As always, Badcock provides items of necessity and comfort when I need it the most. The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when I sit in a recliner until it gets weird. Thanks Badcock...I love my new recliner !!!
