I brought a truck in for body work and paint it took a lot longer than expected but the body work and paint came out excellent I only had a few issues and their follow-up work was completed in less time than I thought. Very satisfied with their work

Kenny took my 24 year old Escalade, cut the rust out of the rockerbpanel under the doors. Replaced a light and repaired an upper window panel. The fixed several places several inches long where the paint was bubbling. It looks perfect. Its a 5 coat process since its a blue /green type of paint. I waited until i had it detailed to see how it matched. It looks new. They also did some mechanicalmwork. Im very pleased with this company.

It's rare to find someone who truly cares about taking care of his customers. Kenny will bend over backward to take care of people.
I don't think I can say enough kind words about him and his Tech's Steve and Chuck. I feel I have gained a bunch of new friends.
Not sure how anyone could have had a negative experience here.

I will give a top rating to Dolphin Auto and its owner Kenny. I had a problem with a starter on my 2014 Chevy Express van. I called Kenny and he did a great job of diagnosing the issue as much as possible over the phone. He then offered to stop by where the van was parked after his normal business hours to delve more into the issue. This was on Valentine’s Day weekend when he had evening plans with restaurant reservations. He expertly diagnosed the problem in pretty much short order. I was expecting to get a huge bill, but Kenny charged me a fair amount for the service call. Expert diagnostics, friendly and timely service, and fair prices. This ranks a 5-star in my book.

Dolphin Auto is also a U-Haul vendor and that is what brought me to them. U-Haul does "not guarantee equipment / rentals" when reservations are made. U-Haul then works with a large network of vendors to fulfill rentals. Again, U-Haul does NOT guarantee anything. I had to travel from the original location to Dolphin Auto to get a trailer. Dolphin Auto could have said "sorry, can't help you" but they did all they could to get me a trailer and finally came through. Without them, I would have been completely stuck. THANK YOU DOLPHIN AUTO.....not U-Haul.

Kenny was very knowledgeable,and professional. I had motor removed and replaced I had the motor. Was very timely with the job was finished at the time promised.the price quoted was what he said,very happy, 550$ less then any other shop I spoke to.

Appt 8 AM today to replace motor mounts, which we had the parts for. Was supposed to be 5 hours or less. Not finished yet at 4:45. Only 1 was replaced at this point. Was jacking truck up under the oil pan, instead of using an engine lift. Asked him not to do that, as it could crush it. Kenny, the owner, got loud and irrational acting throwing parts around the garage. We had to have our truck towed home because he never finished the job. Side note: He said he could have finished the job (2nd motor mount) if we waited 25 more minutes. He had the truck since 8 AM to get the first one it...huh? Also wanted to leave heat shield off, that he said wasn't necessary. $300 labor for 1 motor mount. Kenny the mechanic was also showing alot of irrational stress. We had to call the Sheriff's Office due to the owner's irrational behavior. Never again!Service: Engine repair

Excellent diagnostic skills and repairing skills. Certified for all repairs. The perfect age and experience to be a technician today. Old enough to repair problems, young enough to grasp today’s technology. Very busy because he is good. People are putting money into their old cars as new car prices are outrageous. His staff are also devoted to their work. Some jobs take longer than expected, as problems appear along the way. This has a domino effect which effects everyone. It happens.

For the first time in many years I have finally found a mechanic that takes the time to explain things in normal terms and not what the book says Kenny and Andy were top notch and had my car diagnosed and fixed in under 2 hours. I will now b taking all my cars to them. I wish I could do more than 5 stars cause they deserve hundreds!!!!!
