I went by to get gas and when inside there was this sweet, super personable lady named Cynthia (she’s a Juul rep) she signed me up and gave me this incredible deal! The Juul pods I wanted were not in stock so they Rachel checked them in. Chief had an amazing attitude and was super helpful to make sure I got what I wanted. This store has amazing energy and everyone is so nice! Excellent customer service all around

This is from my experience at the circle k on Idlewild in Green Cove Springs. Was just in there, and of course someone is behind the counter, but he doesn't help you. Makes you use the thing you put your stuff on. Then it's not taking, guy is not paying attention because he's too busy on his phone. Then I'm like, hello, it's not working. Was told to take my stuff off and do it again. Did that as he ignored me again. Then the transaction is done. Again too busy on his phone. I say hello, can I get a bag. Awful staff, customer service is just out the window.

New night shift employee shuts the store down for an hour every night so they don't have to do anything, they sit out front smoking and watching tik Tok instead of working. If the registers are actually down for an hour every night you people are nuts, no other company in the world operates that way so someone is LYING.
All of these reviews have replies to them but nothing is getting done, don't bother sending me one if you aren't going to actually do anything. This store gets worse and worse and all you would have to do is look to see it.

Cashier on 2nd shift has a rude and nasty attitude... When they don't want to work they tell you everything is broken.. so lazy

Cashier sits outside as she sits and hangs out with drug addicts while customers are in the store waiting to be served very rude .

I wish I can give zero stars.... Literally seen roaches crawling all in the donuts. Mention to employee.. he seemed to care less and shrugged his shoulders. And for a "24hr" store... Seems to be closed an awful bit.
