I had ordered some pink roses for my wife for our Wedding Anniversary. My wife originally received a different arrangement than what I ordered. I contacted them and they told me the pink roses came in molded and they did not want to send those, but they wanted her to have something from me and the next day they sent her a beautiful arrangement of pink roses. Very professional to deal with and I appreciate how they handled this. I have ordered flowers from them for several years now and I will definitely continue.

Orders an arrangement for a funeral, the flowers were just as pictured and were beautiful. They were delivered on time and I was very pleased with my purchase. Karen that answered the phone was very helpful and kind.

Was very happy we stopped in and the lady was very nice. She was super busy and took the time to put something together for my daughters award's ceremony today.
She came out with pink and yellow which are my daughters favorite colors.
Beyond happy she could do it for us.
Only down side was that walking to the car the petals started falling off, and we have lost about 4 flowers in the first hour which kinda sucks for the price we paid.
Other then that very happy with her and what she could do for us. Because she could have easily said she was to busy. But she helped us out and made my specials needs 10 a very very happy girl. Which means more to me then the world is her smile

Called on the Feb.13th to see if they could delivery on the 14th for valentine's day, they said they could. They were delivered on the 15th. 1st and last time i use this florist.

Great people and great service. I went to them with a budget for my anniversary and they knocked it out of the park. Cannot express how blown away and happy I am and my wife was with the bouquet. I cannot recommend this florist enough! Thank you so much!

I live across the country and this company went out of their way to assist me in surprizing my daughter for her 45th birthday. It is the extra effort from them that made all the difference. The flowers were beautiful too. Thank you so much!

I called to get a giant arrangement made for my sisters 50th bday and also for my mothers passing. I ordered the giant arrangement that stood on a 3 prong metal stand. I spent $173 on this and what was delivered was NOT what was ordered or talked about and confirmed. She got a small arrangement in a small vase that sits on a table. Some roses and a bunch of fill flowers. I left a voicemail to ask why I didnt get what I paid for and discussed. Im going to ask for a discount to be credited back to my card or I will dispute the charges. My card was also charged twice. Why would you tell me yes, the arrangement will be big and on the metal stand, like what you see at a viewing. Extremely disappointed

I ordered 2 beautiful arrangements for our grandmother's gravesite service. Karen and her team at Divine did not disappoint. The flowers were beautiful and arrived in time. Would recommend this florist again...they did a fantastic job. Thank you!
