Rip offs on trade in value. Offered 7-9k less than value on 3 different vehicles. Was told it was due to make up for detail, oil change and battery change. Dont waste your time here.

Great experience today buying a car from Garber! Christian Cook was our sales associate. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He knew everything about the car we were buying and about the car we were trading. The atmosphere at Garber is relaxed, friendly, and straightforward, very different from some other dealerships. Christian clearly knows cars and loves his role in helping others find their perfect car.Buzz Coram handled the finance, tags, etc. He, also, was knowledgeable about the warranties that he offered and provided in-depth detail as to what was included in each plan. He was patient with our questions and answered them all. Buzz made the transaction easy and understandable. We understood all our options and were able to make informed decisions.We highly recommend if you're in the market for a car, new or used, go see Christian Cook, and Buzz Coram at Garber! We bought a gorgeous car at a great price with very reasonable fees. Very happy customers!!!

My complaint is about service after the sale. I bought my daughter a car from Garber Auto Mall on May 19, 2023, less than a month ago for which I paid cash. I was debating on whether it would be a surprise for her graduation. I decided that I should probably let her see it after all so I offered to put money down to hold it for twenty-four hours since we lived out of town. Garber emails me an agreement to hold it for a $500. NON-REFUNDABLE fee in case my daughter decided she didn't like it ( didn't do it). My salesman was Tom H., a very nice man. The car was being sold as is and I told Tom I was nervous about buying a used car with no warranty. He ASSURED me that if anything were to come up just call Garber ''and we will get you in and take a look at it.'' To be fair, he didn't promise they'd fix anything but he did promise that they took all of their customer's concerns seriously. He said they are in the business of having return customers and their families. I got the sense that they are a reputable business and not some roadside used car dealership. One week after purchasing the car I noticed a rattling sound when idling so I called and they got me in. I was told that a bolt had come loose and they tightened it. Now it is two weeks after that ( we've not had the car for a month yet) and it's doing the same thing. I called to ask if they will look at.....Tom doesn't return my calls, the mechanic texts me indicating that I don't know the difference between an idling sound and a rattling sound (mind you, I was right the first time). I know the car came as is ( I bought a secondary warranty) but since they are already familiar with the problem and it seems to be a matter of replacing a bolt I felt they could do that and then tell me what I need to tell my mechanic to have them permanently fix it. Heck, Garber could even tell me that they are going to have to charge me for the service themselves if need be. The absolute worst thing anyone can do is dismiss someone and make them feel unseen or unheard after the sale.

Found a used vehicle I was interested in, came in at 6pm to look at it. Considering how late it was, I still got outstanding customer service, test drove the vehicle, and was given the time to make sure everything checked out. My sales rep (Billy Knight) made sure I was taken care of at all times. He made sure I had all the information I asked for. Management was very well coordinated. By far an amazing environment!!

Ordered a Chevy traverse. I ordered a FWD. i also ordered some accessories that were included in the price but weren't on the car when it arrived. I get a call and go to the dealership; they want me to pay $3k more since it's AWD. Not my fault they made it wrong and it's missing accessories! Then tried to lowball my trade: asked for "proof" other dealerships offered me more. I provided the proof and they still wouldn't match the trade or try to work with me on it being 3k more than I agreed to. Would not recommend. I have heard a lot of bad stuff about this place and decided anyways to give them a try. I would stay away!

We purchased a new hard to find Ford F-150 XLT for my husband and the experience at Garber Ford was great! Tristan and Gabe were our salespeople and they took very good care of us and explained everything clearly and patiently. They gave us the top of the trade-in value for our old truck and in fact, it was even better than the Kelley/Edmunds Blue Book value (I checked). They didn't have to give us a good deal with extra incentives and money off the MSRP because these trucks are in high demand and short supply, but they did. We have purchased several new cars and by far this was the easiest and most enjoyable transaction we have ever had. We cannot recommend Garber Ford highly enough and we cannot recommend Tristan and Gabe highly enough either. Go to Garber Ford in Green Cove Springs, Fl. for your next car.

I've been to Garber for work on my F150. They are overpriced, but the work they did was okay. That isn't why I'm writing my review. As you can see in my photo, Garber Automall, or someone looking to vandalize on their behalf decided to put a sticker on my Jeep without my knowledge or consent. While I have taken another vehicle of mine to them in the past, this Jeep has never been to Garber. Today I went to get in and noticed that a Garber advertisement decal had been put on the side of my 1975 CJ5. I am amazed at the audacity displayed. If this action was not sanctioned by the owner, then whichever employee or representative of Garber that did this should be fired. If it was sanctioned by the owner, they should be boycotted and sued. You won't find any of my vehicles anywhere near Garber Automall in the future.

Mannnnnnn John will work with you as best as he can. Trading my honda here for a charger and i am in love with my car. Hes taken care of us and in the process of waiting he has came to make sure we knew what was going on. He listens to everything we say. Actually better than any car lot ive been to. Wayyyy better than mistubishi and honda thats what i know FOR SURE. Best sales guy. Ran into a hick up were still trying to fix and they are working with us. Ford service department has always taken good care of me. Heather does an amazing job and anytime I had an issue management team has always been responsive. Appreciate all the team for taking good care of me and my truck.

Chevy Parts guy was rude. Would not give part number over the phone. I guess that's so you have to buy their part at marked up rate. What they don't understand, is that I would have done business with them for helping me, if the price would have been competitive. They for sure lost a potential customer for parts and vehicle sales.

I was so very upset with this place. I took my car in to have an oil change and a tire rotation. Super simple right? Well, had to stop in Amelia Island somewhere because it felt odd and guess what? They didn't bother to tighten my lug nuts past being hand tightened. Could have DIED. Never again, I have kids and dogs...
