I had the easiest, smoothest and most fun process of ordering and purchasing a 2024 Mustang with Garber Auto Mall and salesperson Christopher Nason.Chris quickly responded to my online inquiry, submitted my custom order and stayed in touch with me the entire process. Once the vehicle was delivered, he texted me photos immediately and helped me start the ownership and delivery process.I requested he keep my vehicle indoors and away from weather which he did without hesitation even sharing showroom photos of my new ride. Upon delivery day and fist meeting, Chris was awesome to hang with like he was an old high school buddy.Chris introduced me to some helpful colleagues of his at Garber and then introduced me to my new ride showing me some fun options it came with. He made this process so much fun and relaxed.Finally, to the paperwork which Pat and John in finances helped together on. This process, while usually stressful for most, was made quick and smooth without any pressures of add ons to my vehicle but still offering them in a polite manner.All in, Chris and his colleagues at Garber Auto Mall in Green Cove Springs were Dy-No-Mite! I felt like family from the moment I connected with everyone. Chris was chill, relaxed, confident and extremely personable and helpful in this stressful but fun process of car buying.I would definitely go back to Garber again so long as Chris is there able to help me! Buying a new car from Garber Auto mall was an overall pleasant experience. When I got there I was greeted by Fred. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered. It never felt like the typical car buying process with a pushy salesman trying to sell you something you don’t actually want. Thanks Fred for going above and beyond to find us the perfect family vehicle!

Garber worked with me through the lengthy process of ordering a Maverick. They kept me updated throughout, answered any questions I had, and some that I didn't know I should ask. They kept their word on final numbers even when other dealerships played a lot of games with new Mavericks. The manager Darren was amazing (sad to hear he is no longer with the company) and Gabe my salesman was always extremely helpful. No pushing through finance or at any other step in the process. They have even overnighted things to me to correct small things that came up in the delivery, and I am totally satisfied with the service they provided. Being a prior car salesman myself, I was genuinely surprised with how they do business (in the best way possible)

We recently purchased a Ford Bronco Sport with the help of Gabe Peddycord. This was our second purchase in just over a year with Gabe. He makes the experience so much easier than normal car buying. We also like shopping at Garber with several dealerships at one location and you can use the same salesman across them all. We definitely give Gabe two thumbs up and will go see him again for any future purchases.

From start to finish, I had an amazing experience at Garber Auto Mall. Mike May was great to work with! We had text for a few days about what I was looking for prior to me going to the dealer. I narrowed it down and when I arrived, he had the vehicle I wanted ready for a test drive. Pat was aLao able to work some magic to get me a good deal. Thank you Garber!! I worked with Mike May for 4 months before I bought my car (it took so long due to my reluctance to take on a car note). Mike was not pushy at all and understood my situation. When it was all said and done, it was an excellent car buying experience with absolutely no pressure involved. I would suggest this dealership and salesperson to anyone in the market! Mike May is the best salesperson I've ever worked with on buying anything ever! Great job Mike!!

If you’re truly looking for an amazing experience with low pressure and highly caring, passionate, engaging, witty, and fun sales people along with finance persons this is the place to buy a car. They don’t deal in the hype you hear in commercials on television talking about how great they proclaim to be the best customer experience as I have been to those locations and this particular location , Garber Automall, would be like capital Grille compared to other locations that go on TV would be a drive-through at your favorite fast food place, I highly recommend that you would reach out to this group if you’re interested in buying any of the brands that they carry as I am certain your experience will be measured close if not exceed mine. Cannot thank Tristan and Patrick and John enough for making it absolutely amazing. Look forward to another time down the road when looking for another vehicle that we can enter into your dealership and experience the same , customer centric and engaging group of individuals with amazing leadership qualities and attributes, driven by the Garber family and executing with individuals that share in the same vision… I’m certainly not telling you where you should buy your car, but I certainly am telling you you should visit this place before you decide on it because you won’t leave the parking lot.

We special ordered our Bronco through Garber Ford and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Tom was fantastic all through the process - very helpful and responsive. Max was wonderful the day we picked it up. Max has a Bronco himself and so it was super helpful having someone with direct, personal experience. John helped us through the financing process - he was honest, helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything we were signing. Tristan additionally went above and beyond to answer our questions and show us around our new Bronco. We were in and out much quicker than we expected thanks to their wonderful team. Customer service is top notch - we would not shy away from buying again from Garber! They really took care of us today! Thank you!!

Today I was blessed with being in the position to be in the customers shoes. I work for Garber but with the opportunity they gave me I was able to work hard and purchase my own car! Darren Mathew’s you see in the picture made it happen along side Patt (the wiggle man) John in finance and I’m sure many more. The entire experience was amazing. Literally the best experience we ever encountered at a dealership. Both Darren Matthews and Christopher Nason gave us excellent customer service and patience. Usually you feel a sense of pressure or less than friendly service if you are not completely ready to buy, but they gave us all the information and help we needed and made buying a car truly a happy experience for our family. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy and plan on returning later this year to purchase another truck.

Garber Ford Service is the absolute worst place to take your car for service. I went February 16th for an oil change and headlight to be changed. They broke my car. Somehow, they deactivated all the sensors that beep and light up when I get near things. In every conversation with them, they are condescending. I have been told numerous times that it is "just a setting," but their techs had the car again when I took it back to be fixed for over an hour and could not fix it. Since then, February 18th, they have not called or contacted me to have a loaner car so they can take mine back in. When I call, they just say they have no loaner cars for me. After I wrote a review, the manager called, said they would get it in right away. That was February 27th. It is now March 9th, and I have heard nothing from them. They broke my car about a month ago ... and they are doing NOTHING. Previous experiences have been poor, but we keep going back because it is close. We have truly never taken it in without having to go back for something that was not correct the first time.
