We’re big fans of Mona and her staff at Lake Asbury Learning Center. Our 4 year old just started VPK here 3 weeks ago and she’s thriving. We originally hadn’t planned on sending her to a VPK, but had stalled on teaching her to sound out letters and were having difficulty getting her to interact with children her own age. Since being at LALC, her new favorite thing is telling us what letter words start with and completing her writing workbooks. She’s made several friends at school and now plays with kids her age when we’re out, when she previously would only interact with adults.

I absolutely love LALC! We love director Mrs. Mona!!! We absolutely love Mrs. Robin the VPK teacher. My oldest had her and I made sure my youngest had her as well. All of the staff are amazing. The environment is loving, nurturing and clean. It is amazing to come check your child out and you hear giggles and see Mrs. Mona and the teachers playing tag or red light green light with the kids. My child loves it so much he always asks to stay later.

Very friendly and helpful staff towards students and parents/guardian. Providing photos and updates on when the child gets picked up and dropped off for school on the ProCare app is a total plus.
Would recommend.

Very clean environment and lovely staff! Would recommend to anyone! Ms Mona and Ms Emily are both fantastic! My children love them! 5 stars!!

Where do i begin??? This center has definitely been the best since i enrolled my kids there! The kind hearted and friendly staff make me feel like they're part of my own family! Ms. Mona, the director and Ms. Emily the assistant director, always greet not only me but every parent by first name - they bring positive vibes and energy no matter what day it is! Even the cook, Mr. Jay engages with me and other parents as well! The activities they have my kids doing blows my mind!! Hands down, BEST center in Green Cove Springs!!

We absolutely love LALC, from the staff to the other children. It is an all around great and welcoming facility. No parent is ever ready for their little to go to daycare, but at a year old it was time for my little one to go make friends and learn all of the things that she could. Ms. Janine has been such a blessing in our lives and they keep you updated on everything throughout the day. If you are searching, do not hestitate to take a tour and meet all of the friendly faces!

We are very grateful and blessed to have our youngest son attending the school. His teacher, Mrs Robin, is absolutely amazing. She has structure, discipline and total control of the kids. I can not thank them enough for partnering with us in his education.

I would give this school 100 stars if I could. The facility is clean, safe, and well organized. The People are the secret ingredient. We are very grateful for their efforts to provide individualized care for our child, while communicating effectively with us. Thank you for your consistency, patience, and kindness !

Our daughter has been going here for about a year now and she has absolutely loved it. We've had nothing but great experiences with all her teachers and the administration and we've greatly appreciated the various events they have on a monthly basis.

My four year old goes to LALC for VPK and she absolutely loves it. I was extremely nervous at first because she has never been in any sort of organized setting for childcare until now. But she absolutely loves her teachers Ms. Lori and Ms. Mya as well as the other VPK teacher Ms. Robin. Its truly amazing how much she learns at VPK even in just 3 hours a day.

As a first time mom, I was nervous about putting my 9 month old in daycare. Almost a year later, I am SO thankful we decided to enroll him at LALC. The staff is incredible. Our son has developed tremendously & his little mind is always learning so many new things 🤍 He truly looks forward to attending everyday & we could not be happier!

This center is amazing. The staff truly cares for the kids and goes above and beyond to provide the best care while having fun too. Mrs. Mona is one of my favorite teachers there and my daughter loves seeing her. This is a great place hand's down.
