Second time in this location and both times seem like I am inconveniencing the employees with my business. Kaylee today has no actual knowledge of a simple upgrade question and gave me the wrong pricing because she never actually entered my information into the system. Seems like my phone could help better than the employees at this location, serious staff issue.

This is a TERRIBLE location. If you are not there to buy something they don’t want to help you. Then once you come back with an issue with the account THEY set up they say oh well we aren’t corporate, go to the one in Fleming Island. That’s ridiculous! They lie about things being “free” then a month later on your bill you see the truth!! I recommend going to the CORPORATE FLEMING ISLAND LOCATION where they actually help you and are HONEST about what you’re doing with your account! Daniel, Taylor and Jason are wonderful at the Fleming store.

Finally a T Mobile with awesome customer service. My daughter and I did upgrades tonight and Demarco was such a delight to work with. Very well mannered and on top of everything. I'll definetly be recommending this location to our residents at Penney Farms!?

I found out that someone had accessed my account, recieved information from the account and was able to make account changes without them notifying me. This was NOT an authorized user. Upon further investigation, it was found out that the manager had made those changes in order to set up a new line which only makes sense as it would help her commission and store numbers. The manager Karen couldn't tell me how this person was able to access my account, even though they didn't share the same last name or have my ID, but said that she scanned his ID and he was able to make changes, it just let him in. After speaking with a corporate location, I learned this isn't possible unless a manager overrides it. Which, she did. I left Tmobile once due to issues, switched to sprint and wanted to give the benefit after the merger but this is just one of the many reasons we are now switching all lines over to another carrier.

I wanted to give kudos to the two young men at T Moble Javon and Mark especially Mark he worked sooo hard to transfer my phones and even though we weren't able to transfer due to the other provider wouldn't unlock my phones for another month Mark worked hard to help. THANKS MARK YOU WERE AWESOME

I visited the Green Cove location and the staff Landon, Caleb, and Jaylen were so inviting and very helpful. My daughter needed to replace her phone and didnt know which 1 she wanted. But Landon was very helpful in explaining the difference and styles of the phones and getting just what I needed. I would refer anyone who has phone needs or help to this location. Keep up the good work guys!

I went in to my local T-mobile store in Green Cove Springs to get a separate line and new phone for work. Bryan took great care of me. He spent about an hour with me making sure I understood the details of switching my plan and all the different phone options and promos available. I am so happy with my new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3. I got the purple color.If you go in, ask for Bryan. He is the one with fabulous curly hair.

Chris and Brandon were great helping us migrate from the Sprint network to the T-Mobile. Chris was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Enjoyed the experience.
