Jordon Luke and jay were absolutely amazing. They helped with the whole process of getting a new phone, activation, offered water while I waited. I give them all 5 STARS!! My experience here at the Verizon store in Green Cove Springs Florida was above and beyond!! Thanks guys!!

One of the best verizon stores in the area. Been here multiple times for issues, always gotten a solution the first time. Jordan is my go to employee when we are there. Always patient with any questions we have and works through any problems. Will keep coming here after my experience with Jordan.

I came in today my phone was acting up I couldn’t get into my phone but thanks to Jordan’s knowledge of cellphones he was quick to get my phone fixed and back in working order! Thanks Jordan for the 5 stars service!!!

I called asking if the white iPhone 16 was in stock. It was, I drove from Fleming Island to the Green Cove location and Jordan had the phone activated and ready in minutes.
