I went in needing a my new phone set up in a hurry along with needing all new phones essentials. Ingrid was amazing and efficient at getting my phone set up and recommending what accessories I should get. Her service was great. Please go and see Ingrid, She’s patient and kind ! My fav and now new go-to AT&T store .

My Sim card stopped working and the store manager had my phone up and running in less than 10 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service beautiful store couldn't ask for more.

I wanted to share my experience at the AT&T store in Greenacres. The truth is I visited twice and Jennifer treated me, very good in her treatment of me and what I needed. I've had my phone for a month and a half and there have been no problems so far with rates or taxes. Thank you very much for your services.

I am really very disappointed with this line. I went for the first time to get a prepaid line and the first bill they told me was 70, then in the middle of the month I added another line and when I had to stop, a bill of 421 dollars came out, they told me that The next month it would only be 140 which was a lie it came out to 261 only for two lines these stupid people think that they give you the money the truth is I do not recommend this store or the company pay cash it is better not to give them your card...

I live in Boynton Beach Florida but I go all the way to Green acres Florida AT&T store because of Marisol. She is a great customer service rep very attentive understanding and thorough. The AT&T store in Boynton Beach they seem like sales reps - just in a hurry to get you in and out and make a dollar. I had a problem with my bill I still have a problem with my bill because of the AT&T store in Boynton Beach they did not credit my return phone. And they change my plan without me knowing so I’m trying to resolve this has been a fiasco I am getting ready to change carriers now because I’m really just dissatisfied with the customer service in general on the phone and at the other stores. Marisol did her best but there’s nothing she could do to credit my account I have to call customer service again ☹️☹️?

I got ripped off at this store. I stupidly handed my phone over to the salesman per his request thinking that was part of the deal when getting a new phone. The following day i realized the phone i turned in was paid off, I returned to find out the guy no longer works there. I spoke to the manager, he called the guy who said he remembered doing the transaction but said i never gave him a phone. I asked the manager to check the security footage, he stated it wasn’t available.Long story short…go to the store on Gateway and Congress. They are corporate owned, not an authorized retailer like this store.
