Stay away from “PRIME COMMUNICATION” AT&T stores!!! They are openly doing fraud. I was told by former employees at this location that the management here makes worker place EVERY account as a business account even tho you don’t want it which leads to Tax problems later on which is unfortunatly what I am dealing with this tax season thanks to “ALEXANDER” who placed me on a Business account last year luckily I was able to find a store that helped me and a former prime employee let me know about their practices and why she left. Refer to a corporate store or a store owned by USA wireless. Which is where all the helpful employees have gone!!! (I was told by the manager of the palm beach lakes store this is his new location and I WANT THIS ADDRESSED)

They basically begged me to trade in my phone I was told I would get a 1k credit for my trade in of Samsung galaxy any condition now I got my new bill it went up 65.00 and I got absolutely no credit for my daughter's trade in these people are liars and scam artist, I can not afford this bill it was already already too high at 195, now it's well over 200.00. I will not be able to keep this service and I'm reporting them to the better business bureau,

Trading in my iPhone 256gb. They gave me a 128. I didn't realize till I had no memory left. Went back and they couldn't return it without the box. Drive 30 miles back and forth to get the box. Got back to store and they didn't have any 258 tv in stock and had to order one. Also. Received no receipts. Terrible store on Forest Hill Blvd

So I found out, paying for a warranty for your phone screen is a waste of money. Upon calling the store I was informed that they only have the most current Apple phones accessories in stock and are unable to order any others per customer request. I was then directed to go online to request a replacement after doing so the website that I was directed to informed me that the screen protector is out of stock. I am extremely dissatisfied with the accommodation of the physical stores as well as their online partnerships responsible for the inconvenience.

Paola and Jessica were absolutely amazing. I walked into AT&T very frustrated that my phone was not working. Paola greeted me and mainly helped me try to fix my phone. In the end I ended upgrading my phone but she did not force the sale she actually tried to fix my old phone. During the whole process her and manager Jessica were a pleasure to talk to. Leaving the store I was very happy. Thank you both very much.

I went there this week for help to migrate/clone my old phone to my new ATT phone. It took over an hour.But at the end when it came time to ACTIVATE the phone, they flipped me off and LIED to me and said that "We cant do that here, you have to go to a CORPORATE STORE for them to do that!"That is a HUGE LIE.I had arrived at the store at 5:10pm and they didn't complete it until 7pm and I then had to scramble to go to the branch on Okeechobee Blvd. which closed at 8pm.When I got there, I was told by there workers there that that the store on forest hill & jog rd., does that to EVERYBODY.Unless its a SALE, they will not activate your phone, but simply kick you to the other ATT CORPORATE store.I spoke to Junior at the store Okeechobee Blvd. store, and he said that the store on forest hill + jog rd. is a dealer, and that they have lodged many complaints against them, but they still send customers away to have their phones activated.

Paola was the service woman who helped me and was very nice and helpful. Not only did she help fix and order me a new phone but she also helped resolve a separate issue with my Apple watch that a previous AT&T store had neglected to do. We need more employees these days with great customer service like hers!
