I purchased a manufacturer certified preowned vehicle from them that they were kind enough to ship from a further dealership. What they failed to do is submit the paperwork for the manufacturer warranty. After a month of getting the runaround telling me I had to deal with other various people and reaching out to corporate I finally was contacted by Richie the used car director who after a short discussion admitted there was a mistake and they would need a few days to get the corrected paperwork and would reach out when done. It’s been over a month since that was supposed to happen, I was able to get through once two weeks later and told he had been out of office but will get right on it, now I can no longer reach him at all. Do yourself a favor and make the drive elsewhere.
Even showed up once for vehicle service that I scheduled in advance with all the vehicles entered when I made the appointment online. Only to get told when I arrived and talked to the service advisor they couldn’t do anything until the correct paperwork was submitted by the used car sales people.

My service adviser Gus took care of the issue with my car less of half a day since was dropped off by the tow away service. Quick turn around, issue solved in a professional manner.

My A/C was not cooling again. So I brought it in thinking is was a leak. Not with standing found that the condensing unit leaking and then the compressor was needing to be replaced.
All the belts were shot (17 years old) and they had to be replaced also. I also had the radiator flushed. So I think I am good for now.
