Was waiting in line for five minutes while the lady at the register was waiting for two guys who had walked outside to look at their vehicle. After 5 minutes said politely excuse me are you open and she said she’s waiting for them to come back and didn’t care to help or advise that there was a self checkout . Then when I realized there was a self checkout and started walking towards it she tried to say you have to pay for that not realizing I was walking to the self check out not out of the Autozone. Oh I also forgot to mention this was while she was sitting on FaceTime

Yanet and Cesar were very helpful in checking my battery, choosing the right one for my car and installing it for me. Thank you. They had self checkout areas but they could use some help at cashier for people like me that needs their expertise. Would highly recommend you look out for Yanet and Cesar??.

Gilberto walks around behind the counter while ignoring customers having two inexperienced employees run the counter only offering a managers password when asked without verifying if the return/exchange is correct. Walking LP issue, can't imagine the shrink that happens on this guys watch.
