"That guy Manny D. who's worked in that store is very rude and disgusting. Bad employee for that store. I went to that store to buy a gallon coolant, the tag price says $16,99. When I go to the register to cash out, the price came up $21,99. When I called that guy Manny, he told me the price is $21,99 because maybe a customer put the coolant in the wrong spot. I asked him why would a customer placed 6 gallons of coolant in the wrong place? I told him your stocker didn't do his job right, you suppose to give me the item for the price that's showing in front of it. He told me this is not Walmart where I get free products. I told him I didn't ask you to give it to me for free. You know the supplier cannot insist that the consumer pay a higher price for the goods or services than the one they display. He told me buy it with the regular price $21,99 or leave it don't waste my time and he walked away from me.

The store manager doesn’t speak English. And they sold me a defective product then won’t return it. I asked for the manager to speak English and was called a racist by the clerk. That’s whole store is unprofessional.

Unfortunately my experience today was bad , there was a long line and of course one of your employees was just talking to the client for about 10 minutes while everyone was waiting in line. When it was time he called us up to check us out . Just to say that he did not speak English so we had to wait more time for someone that speak English for someone that didn’t speak English again . It was a young lady and she still tried her best unlike the other employees that said go somewhere else. That young lady deserves to be noticed at autozone employee of the month. She did an outstanding job unlike the other guy .I wish I got the name of your employee. Point black that young lady needs to be noticed!!!amazing job from her .

This is by far the worst auto parts store ive ever dealt with. Corporate Headquarters should get rid of these employees. I felt alot of racism from the girl at counter speaking spanish too others and laughing and giving me an attitude

The service is very good, but the store's supply is very poor. I have been looking for several items and they never have it.And I clarify that they are not modern car parts.
