These guys are all related. Same owners , family employees. I had to buy a new laptop because Sam didn’t have enough guts to call me and explain why my laptop was not working. Spend over $5,300 on fixing my old laptop and bought a new 2024 Apple. A shame how money and greed flys together.

Bad service I think they be takin phone parts off other people phone and replacing it with broken parts. It happens to me and I had to get a new phone bc they didn’t fix it and other part of the phone magic didn’t work. I think I should let other people know.

Great place for cell phone service.Carlos the Manager is AMAZING!!! He will work with people who have SNAP benefits that enables them to get a discounted plan if they qualify. A free service for a Hotspot if they qualify as well.....good phone deals as well....?????also, he is bilingual Spanish and English and has the patience of JOB!!! ???

Very bad service, the cashier Elkin, who claims to be the owner of the store, was barely serving me and stopped doing so to go with another person who was just coming in and wanted to buy a phone, and he did not solve the problem I had with my phone.

What a rip off. Bought my phone 1 1/2 months ago it already broke. They told me I had to buy a new one or I could mail in the broken abs had to wait up to a week for a refurbished one!! So I switched to Metro, the customer service was great. Shout out to Christian and Bill for exceptional customer care @ Metro!!!!
