This salesmen aren't even trying to hide the fact that they're only looking to gouge more money. Test drove car around the lot, it was fine. My daughter showed excitement for the used 2019 civic and that's what they tried to exploit on.

Wally at Braman Honda made getting a new lease super easy - no pressure! He made sure I found exactly what I was looking for in my vehicle; his goal was to make me happy at the end of the day! And Samuel in Finance was super helpful in working with me and my work schedule! Thanks so much Braman Honda!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This dealer sold me a defective car and now are washing their hands with the issue. The only good experience that I had was my sales girl she truly was amazing and understanding and as soon as I drove off the lot and noticed the issue she did her best to get the service dept to check it out. I’ve had the car for almost a year and the car has had 3 alignments and still they say that there is no further issue but I have never heard of a brand new car, under used because we just don’t trust it at this point needing this much alignments… save your time don’t trust them!

5 star is not enough. His service, Compassion, Understanding and Overall customer service was nothing short of TOP Tier! He treated my mom like family and you don't find that type of sincerity just anywhere. His work Ethic was 1000/10 and even that rating is too low. If you want Quality service and the Best Rates ask for Prence. He will make sure you get the absolutely best! 2024 Honda CRV Best possible rate! Will most definitely be referring everyone to him.

This is one of the only negative reviews that I have ever written on a business. It is my opinion that the Service Department at this location is epitome of the stigma associated with "car dealers" and, unfortunately, they have earned it.I dropped off my 2016 Honda Pilot Monday evening for a leak around the oil filter housing and also to investigate a suspension noise coming from the front passenger side. (I would have replaced the Oil Filter Housing gasket myself, however, on this model you have to remove the Crankshaft Pulley to get to the 3rd bolt, and I could not get the CP Bolt out to remove the pulley.)I received a call the Tuesday morning stating that they I needed to have a diagnostic done for both the gasket issue ($149.99) and the suspension issue ($149.99). They said that part of that diagnostic, they would do a die test to determine the source of the leak.Around 12:45 I received a text with a link to their "inspection video" and an estimate. The recommendation was to replace, essentially the whole suspension system, along with a new oil pump, and timing belt change. (I do not believe the entire suspension needs replacement, however, that is not my frustration.) I called the service advisor and asked how they determined that the issue was the oil pump. He told me that his "Certified Technician" made the determination. I asked if he removed the timing chain cover and was told he did not. I then asked if he did the oil dye test, and again I was told he did not. I asked that he only do the oil housing gasket, which is originally what I asked them to do, at which point he advised that I will still have to pay the diagnostic since I am not making their recommended repair. After much heated discussion and his "not having a manager available to speak with me" he conceded to waive the diagnostic fee on the oil leak. The total estimated cost on the oil pump and timing belt was $2998.20 vs the oil filter housing gasket at $273.27. They also recommended replacing the valve cover gaskets for $1,201.89, because there was a single drop of old oil on the back side of the engine. What they did not know was that I had just replaced the gaskets the day before.I paid the bill $548.62 bill last night and picked up the car. This morning there is not a drop of oil under the car nor around the oil filter housing. The other piece that I did not mention is that he insisted he would not waive the diagnostic fee for the suspension because of the time spent by the technician making the diagnosis, which I could understand if he actually did something more that a visual inspection that is usually "complimentary" as part of the normal service. He insisted that the technician spent more time than was shown in the inspection video and spent time driving the vehicle to make the diagnosis. However, the mileage was the same when I picked it up as when I dropped it off, so this was obviously not true. They may have got me for a bogus fee of $149.99 this time but it will be the last dollar that they ever get from me and I will be sure that all of my friends know to steer clear as well. I have driven Honda's since 1991 and this is the first Honda dealer I have ever found to not be reputable. I am glad that I can do most of my own service but I feel sorry for everyone that has to rely on the dealer to be honest with them. Braman Honda of Palm Beach is an embarrassment to car dealers. Truly a representation of South Florida being a "sunny place for shady people".

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THO!!! It is so simple to get my car's synthetic oil changed. I just pull up to service and they take care of everything else. FREE Lyft home while they work on your car!! just that was enough to make me come back a second time. (4 so far) and it's only $59 I believe. The ride to my house & back cost at least that much not including a tip. So definitely great value. When I go to Braman Honda service I don't have to worry about them trying to sell me something that I don't need! The guy who handles my car (Vito) is such a genuinely nice person and understands my situation. I can not say enough good things about him, seriously. AND I forgot they send you a video of your car up on the lift while they are checking & working on it. They explain what is severe, something that needs to be done right now like brake pads that aren't good. Or a transmission fluid flush that can wait until next time. I appreciate that more than they know because most places aren't about to do that. And I am on a tight budget and it's important I keep that budget and they help me do that while taking care of my car at the same time. To summarize this whole review basically I feel like I am getting a tremendous value when I get my car serviced here for the first time in my life. Instead of getting my car serviced and feeling like I just got screwed royally. Love Braman Honda so much for real. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else, period

I am in the West Palm Beach area visiting my brother, and my 2023 Honda CR-V was due for its first service (oil change and tire rotation). I had called last week in anticipation of this and setup an appointment. The young lady I spoke to was helpful and pleasant. When I arrived for my appointment this morning, I was helped quickly. Vito was excellent and ready to answer any questions I had. I bought my Honda from the dealership near my home in Richmond, Virginia, so Braman Honda was not making any money for the purchase of my new Honda, or today’s free maintenance. I was impressed with the quality of the service.Despite their being busy, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. If I lived here, they would be my go-to place for all my mechanical needs. Kudos to the Service Manager for running a top-notch service division for Braman Honda. All service managers at Honda dealerships should spend a few days here learning how great service is a matter of the right approach and good employees.Thank you, Vito, for making what is often a nerve-wracking experience an easy one. Thank your boss for hiring you.

We bought my son’s first car from this dealership. Our salesperson, Prence Kercius is aces. He was able to answer all our questions and put us at ease. He’s extremely courteous, warm, and caring. We highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Kercius.

Big shoutout to Victor R. , I have a Honda Civic 2020 and Victor took great care of me. He's the type you know you can trust him. He is so sweet and great communication! You don't have to sit around all day waiting for answers like most places. He is very honest and tells you straight so I appreciated that. Tj in parts also was very helpful at breaking everything down for me. Couldn't highly recommend this place more because of them!

If I could give them a zero I would. My AC went in my 2019 Honda Pilot with only 24k miles and I took it in on June 21st. They diagnosed with the "Black Death". The AC was totally shot. Thankfully I had an extended warranty which covered the replacement. They kept the car and said the compressor was on back order and the part would be in on July 5th. My extended warranty covered a rental. They provided me with a Ford F150 as a replacement. Mind you, I have a family of 6, with four kids. I could not take my whole family in one vehicle. July 5th came and they said the part was still not there and told me it would be there on the 10th. The 10th came and they now pushed it back to the 25th! On the 17th I got a call from the Honda rep who informed me the rental would not be covered any longer and that I needed to return the vehicle the next day! They said the part was still planned to arrive on the 25th. I said what I am supposed to do in the meantime? He said you will have to pay for your own rental and initially he told me I was not allowed to get my Pilot back until it was fixed. After complaining to the supervisor, they released my car to me, but with no A/C. As all of you in the South Florida area know, we have been having record breaking heat and been under a heat advisory for the past three weeks. I could not use the Pilot. You may also have heard about the postal worker that just died due to heat stroke. This is a dangerous situation and Honda essentially said I was SOL and had to deal with this myself! I said you should provide me with a loaner until the part arrives and they denied that and said they no longer do that. They only offered me their corporate rental rate for the time being. When I asked what happens if that part does not come in on the 25th as they said two different representatives informed me that some customers had to wait up to 5 months for a part to arrive. Ok so I am supposed to pay for a rental for an unspecified amount of time because you do not have a part that my warranty covers! How is that a warranty if you cant fix it?! And guess what the latest update is? Yep on the 25th I called and the part has not arrived and now the arrival date if August 1st! Again one of their reps said it may be months before it arrives! How is this even allowed or legal. Well I am about to seek legal counsel to see if it actually is. BEWARE HONDA and beware their extended warranties! My families safety is at risk and all they have to say is we are sorry. I am one unsatisfied customer and this has left a bad impression on Honda as a whole that I will no longer consider buying a vehicle from them in the future.
